April Roadside Inspection Results:

• Freddie R – Kamp’s Columbus – 4/2/19 – equipment violations • Robert A – Milliken – 4/2/19 – equipment violations • Chad J – MULTICORR – 4/2/19 – flat tire • Anthony M – MULTICORR – 4/9/19 – CLEAN • Freddie R – Kamp’s Columbus – 4/11/19 – CLEAN • Larry D – MULTICORR – 4/24/19 - CLEAN

Our score for unsafe driving is holding steady but does remain slightly above the threshold. We must work on this by getting as many CLEAN inspections as we can!

Our score for Maintenance is started to rise and creep to the threshold, we are under the threshold at the moment but must minimize violations for equipment issues.

This is all you guys!!!! There is not much we in the office can do to reduce our CSA scores, we are depending on all of you to maintain your equipment and be safe!!!! Page 7
