The Game Enough food trailer brings a unique range of ‘bush tucker’ fusion foods to SE Queensland. We provide an opportunity to experience foods difficult to access and are guaranteed to change perceptions forever!

We offer a pretty extensive menu to choose from and are happy to work with you to accommodate dietary requirements, as well as incorporate boring foods for those not game enough to try ours!

COSTS

The following table provides an indicator of basic costs to have our trailer attend your event. Please feel free to phone or email to discuss your requirements further.

Cost Item Approximate Cost Trailer Fee - collection & return to storage facility (1.5hrs) - Shopping, Essential Preparation, Packaging of food (3 to 4 hours) $500 - clean up (3 to 4 hrs) - miscellaneous running costs

Staffing Contribution $30pp per hour (we usually use 2 staff, but for larger - Travel contribution (av. 1 to 2 hrs) groups with time limits, 3 to 4 staff will be required). - On-site preparation (av. 1 to 2 hrs) - Food Service (av. 2 to 4 hrs) Approximate costs for 2 staff: $360 - Pack down (av.1 hr)

Minimum Food Spend (menu prices includes $1000 disposable cutlery, trays, plates cups etc)
