DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

The regeneration of Clapham Park is picking up speed with the demolition of several blocks on Kings Avenue, Bourke Close and Thorold House on Forster Road now complete. We have appointed Kind Construction to build 21 new 1, 2 and 3 bed flats on the Thorold House site (artist’s impression on the left) and anticipate the new homes to be completed by spring 2017. Work has also started on the demolition of Aspinall House and Parsons House on New Park Road.
