T H E J O U R N A L P A G E 2 Our work in the pandemic Our service delivery model has had to transform due to the pandemic. Sadly, the need for our service in our area has changed substantially too.

An analysis of our annual data strongly suggests that need in our community has increased significantly, almost doubling in some areas. This matches what our volunteers are experiencing at the Foodbank. It feels busier than ever.

To give you a snapshot of need in Clapham, we have compared our work in four wards in 2020 and 2021. We have also drawn on the data held jointly between the Trussell Trust Foodbanks in Lambeth, to give you an indication of who is using our services and why they need help.
