Approved the following minutes: a. June 8, 2020 – Executive Session and Regular Meeting b. June 22, 2020 – Executive Session c. July 13, 2020 – BOE Training 2. Approved the achievement of the 2019-2020 Penns Grove-Carneys Point Regional School District Goals. 3. Approved the submission of the Student Safety Data System and HIB for the period ending June 30, 2020. 4. Approved the district’s Substance Abuse Prevention Program and Procedures for the 2020-2021 school year in accordance with Board Policy 5131.6, N.J.S.A. 18A:40A-16 and N.J.A.C. 6A:16-4 and 6. 5. Approved the Early College High School (ECHS) Project Plan for the 2020-2021 school year. 6. Approved to authorize the Superintendent and Director of Curriculum & Instruction to revise, update and develop appropriate guidelines and procedures in the coordination, supervision and implementation of the Title I, Title III, Homeless Student, Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities, and Student Enrollment and Registration programs, in accordance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and other applicable federal/state laws, NJDOE regulations/guidelines and board policies for the 2020-2021 school year. 7. Approved the Temporary Emergency Impact Aid Fiscal Monitoring Review Document for submission to the NJDOE as approved on July 13, 2020 by the Office of Fiscal & Data Services. 8. Approved the following student to perform her Counseling Internship during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters (600 hours).

Approved to accept the terms, conditions and general assurances of the Fiscal Year 2020 ESEA LEA Consolidated Formula Subgrant application in the amount of $1,652,033.00 (public, non-public and Title III consortium) for the purposes stated in the application for the 2020-2021 school year. 20. Approved the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired to provide Level 1 services for the period of 9/1/20 to 6/30/21 to the following students:

21. Approved the maximum allowable cost for Independent Evaluations for the 2020-2021 school year. 22. Approved to adopt the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (N.J.S.I.A.A.) membership resolution that allows the Penns Grove High School to participate in approved interschool athletic programs for the 2020-2021 school year. 23. Approved the Cooperative Pricing Resolution of the Penns Grove - Carneys Point Regional Board of Education for the provision and performance of goods and services. 24. Approved to renew the affiliation agreement with Oldmans Township School for Pupil Transportation of students to the Pennsville Memorial High School in agreement with the Salem County Vocational & Technical High School, Route 7SS, in the amount of $20,020.00 for the 2019-2020 School year. 25. Approved to amend renewal contract to B.R. Williams Bus for 2020-2021 transportation routes for Bid # DSD1617. The route is for Delaware School for the Deaf. The amendment is for a 1:2 aid for students N.R. and A.B. at $50 per diem. 26. Approved the renewal of the Grant Anticipation Note dated July 9, 2020 in the amount of $7,158,000.00 with a maturity on July 9, 2021 bearing an interest rate of 2.0%, with a Net Interest Cost of 0.7226% awarded to BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC. The Note was issued with a premium in the amount of $91,439.87, resulting in a net cost for the district of $51,720.13. 27. Approved Dr. Camille Z. Charles for 45 hours to commission a report on the sociological effect that severing the long-standing relationship between the Penns Grove-Carneys Point Regional School District and Oldmans Township School District would have on the minority students that would be left in the district. Ferguson to be Interim School Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the period of July 20, 2020 to June 30, 2021 at the rate of $450 per day. 29. Approved employment to Shasharaa Blackshear to the position of Elementary Principal at the Lafayette/Pershing School. 30. Approved employment to Robin Henry to the position of Payroll/Benefits Coordinator (District- wide). 31. Approved employment to Adam Stokes to the position of World Languages Teacher at the Penns Grove High School effective September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 32. Approved the voluntary transfer of Dawn Weigle, 10-Month Secretary, to 12-Month Secretary effective September 1, 2020. 36. Approved the voluntary transfer of Jeffrey Ledbetter, Instructional Aide, to School, Community Resource Liaison/Attendance Officer (District-wide) effective September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 37.
