    Afghanistan Statistical Yearbook 2018-19 Executive Summary It is a matter of great pleasure for National Statistics and Information Authority as the only official statistical body in the country to have been able to publish the statistical yearbook 2018-19 according to its publication calendar by timely data collection. This statistical yearbook depicts the socio-economic condition of the country and also provides an easy access to a rich source of statistical information and data which helps the ministries, government organizations, NGOs and the private sector as well as international community to formulate policies, programs and make evidence based decisions. The data and statistical information in the statistical yearbook have been collected from ministries, government organizations and private sector providing data on economic and social sectors like population, agriculture, education, health, national accounts, consumer price index, energy, construction, mines and energy, services, foreign trade, finance statistics and foreign aids which can be used by the planners and data users for better and evidence based planning. The country population is estimated to be 31.6 million including 1.5 million Kochi population for 2018-19 based on the socio-demographic statistics department of NSIA. Men and women make up 16.1 million and 15.5 million of the total population respectively. Marion STEINER als Einzelrichterin über die Beschwerde von XXXX , geb. XXXX , StA. Afghanistan, vertreten durch Rechtsanwalt Mag. Wolfgang Auner, Parkstraße 1/I, 8700 Leoben, gegen den Bescheid des Bundesamtes für Fremdenwesen und Asyl vom 05.10.2017, Zl. XXXX , nach Durchführung einer mündlichen Verhandlung am 17.09.2019, zu Recht erkannt: A) Die Beschwerde wird als unbegründet abgewiesen. B) Die Revision ist gemäß Art. 133 Abs. 4 B-VG nicht zulässig. Text ENTSCHEIDUNGSGRÜNDE: I. Verfahrensgang: 1. Der Beschwerdeführer stellte am 25.12.2015 den vorliegenden Antrag auf internationalen Schutz in Österreich und wurde am selben Tag vor einem Organ des öffentlichen Sicherheitsdienstes erstbefragt. Hierbei gab er an, afghanischer Staatsangehöriger zu sein, der schiitischen Glaubensrichtung des Islam sowie der Volksgruppe der Hazara anzugehören. Hinsichtlich seiner Fluchtgründe führte er im Wesentlichen aus, dass er in Afghanistan Soldat gewesen sei und ihn das Militär wegen seiner Vollksgruppenzugehörigkeit an die Taliban habe übergeben wollen. 2. Im Zuge einer weiteren Einvernahme vor dem Bundesamt für Fremdenwesen und Asyl (in der Folge: BFA) am 19.09.2017 gab der Beschwerdeführer zusammengefasst an, dass er im Iran geboren worden sei und dort bis zu seinem 14. Lebensjahr gelebt habe. Danach habe er für 7 bis 8 Jahre in Kabul gelebt und die für ihn fluchtauslösenden Probleme bekommen. Konkret habe er im Zuge seiner Tätigkeit als Soldat für das Militär Probleme mit einem Kommandanten gehabt, der den Beschwerdeführer als Ungläubigen angesehen habe, da er weder gebetet noch gefastet habe.
