Sunday 23rd August 2020 Matters from Race 18: Race Director Incident Determinations During the Race the RD conducted an investigation at the request of Triple Eight Race Engineering into an Incident at Turn 4 on Lap 35 when Car #18, Mark Winterbottom, overtook Car #97, Shane van Gisbergen, and contact occurred between the two Cars. After reviewing broadcast footage of the Incident and consulting the DSA, the RD determined that there was no evidence of a breach of the Rules by the Driver of Car #18. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards imposed a 5 second Time Penalty on Car #12, Fabian Coulthard, for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Schedule B2 (Careless Driving) following contact between Car #12 and Car #2, Bryce Fullwood, at Turn 14 on Lap 15 as a result of which Car #2 was pushed wide and Car #12 gained a position. Matters from Race 17: Race Director Incident Determinations There were no determinations. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties imposed The Stewards issued the following Penalties during the Race in each case for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Shcedule B2 (Careless Driving): - A 5 second Time Penalty on Car #55, Jack le Broq, arising out of an Incident at Turn 6 on Lap 23 when Car #55 locked brakes attempting to overtake Car #15, Rick Kelly, causing contact with Car #15 as a result of which Car #55 gained a position; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #25, Chaz Mostert, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 34 when Car #25 made contact with Car #8, Nick Percat, as a result of which Car #8 spun and lost positions; - A 15 second Time Penalty on Car #35, Garry Jacobson, arising out of an Incident at Turn 1 on Lap 37 when Car #35 made contact with Car #3, Macauley Jones, which caused Car #3 to spin.

Matters from Race 14: Deputy Race Director Incident Determinations During the Race the DRD conducted an investigation into an Incident at the exit of Turn 6 on Lap 3 when Car #19, Fabian Coulthard, made contract with the rear of Car #96, Macauley Jones, as a result of which Car #96 spun and lost positions. After reviewing broadcast footage and consulting the DSA, the DRD determined that no breach of the Rules was observed – Car #96 left no room for Car #19 on the outside of Car #96 at the exit of Turn 6.     2020 LIQUI-MOLY BATHURST 12 HOUR AND ROUND 1 - 2020 INTERCONTINENTAL GT CHALLENGE CAMS PERMIT NUMBER: 820/0202/01 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS STANDARD REQUIREMENTS 1.1 EVENT TITLE, DATE & VENUE 1.1.1 The Event will be known as the “LIQUI-MOLY BATHURST 12 HOUR” (hereinafter referred to as “the B12HR”), which will also comprise Round 1 of the 2020 Intercontinental GT Challenge (“the IGTC”), and be held at Mount Panorama Circuit, Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia on 31st January 2020 – 2nd February 2020. 1.2 ORGANISATION & STATUS 1.2.1 The Event will be held under the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices, the National Competition Rules of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (CAMS), 2020 Intercontinental GT Challenge Sporting Regulations, the Race Meeting Standing Regulations (RMSR) published by CAMS, the Bathurst 12 Hour Sporting & Technical Regulations as approved by CAMS and these Supplementary Regulations and any Further Regulations and Bulletins to Competitors that may be issued. 1.2.2 The Bathurst 12 Hour, shall be a National Circuit competition and shall, include Round 1 of the 2020 Intercontinental GT Challenge for eligible Class A entries which shall be an International Circuit competition. 1.2.3 This Event will be conducted under and in accordance with CAMS OH&S, Safety 1st and Risk Management Policies, which can be found on the CAMS website at www.cams.com.au. 1.2.4 Certain public, property, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance is provided by CAMS in relation to the Event. The DRD investigated the allegation post- Race and, having reviewed broadcast and judicial footage, determined that no breach of the Rules was established and the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards. Stewards’ Decisions – Penalties Imposed Pursuant to Rule D8.1.8.1(a), the Stewards imposed a ten (10) second Time Penalty on Car #99, Anton de Pasquale, for a false start in breach of Rules D8.1.6.1(a) – contact patch of the front Control Tyres over the grid line. The Stewards imposed a five (5) second Time Penalty on Car #1, Jamie Whincup, for a breach of Article 2.1.1 of Schedule B2 Code of Driving Conduct (Careless Driving) in relation to an Incident at Turn 7 on Lap 33 when Car #1 made contact with the rear of Car #55, Chaz Mostert, as Car #55 was attempting to enter the Pit Lane which caused Car #55 to spin and lose positions.

Marco Simoncelli and Alvaro Bautista have been the most consistent finishers in the MotoGP 250cc category, each scoring in 13 of the 15 races this year and are first and second in the riders' standings with one race remaining, in Valencia at the end of October. With his third place finish in Malaysia mid-October, seconds behind Bautista at the chequered flag, it was Simoncelli who was crowned the 2008 250cc champion and the Italian celebrated by completing a helmet-less victory lap around the track. Simoncelli has scored five wins to Bautista's four so far this year, but the Italian has consistently finished on the podium. Mid-season he was on devastating form, finishing second to Mika Kallio in France, and then winning the Spanish and German Grands Prix, finishing second in Britain, and third at the Dutch Grand Prix. The Porsche EBM customer team tackles the Bathurst 12-hour race in Australia With a prominent creW: The tWo Porsche Works drivers Earl Bamber (New Zealand) and Laurens Vanthoor (Belgium) share the cockpit of the Porsche 911 GT3 R With Australia’s motor racing legend Craig LoWndes. At the season-opening round of the Intercontinental GT Challenge, the EBM squad are eager to repeat their suc- cess from last year. In 2018, the team under the Le Mans Winner Earl Bamber claimed the first Porsche Win at Mount Panorama. Thanks to this victory, the 911 GT3 R fielded by EBM takes up the race sporting the starting number one. For the event DoWn Under, 40 vehicles from eleven manufacturers line up on the grid to con- test the most important championship for GT3 sports cars. LoWndes is one of the most successful drivers on the 6.213-kilometre Mount Pano- rama Circuit. He has Won the famous long-distance Bathurst 1000 race seven times. Moreover, the 45-year-old clinched overall victory at the tWelve-hour event in 2014 and 2017. Last year, LoWndes took up the race from P19 and fought his Way up the order to finish on fourth. His other notable successes over and above his Bathurst feats Were in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. He won the Australian touring car series three times and received the Barry Sheene Medal for his outstand- ing performances five times.

Donau, September 22, 2020 – Audi Sport customer racing will head with the number 1 in its twelfth race at the Nürburgring 24 Hours from September 24 to 27: After its fifth victory in last year’s tradition-steeped Eifel event, the Audi R8 LMS of Audi Sport Team Phoenix will bear the leading starting number. A total of nine of the brand’s racing cars will be competing in various categories in this endurance race. In addition, three more touring cars from a customer team are part of the supporting program in the WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup. This year, the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring is again one of the highlights of the season. “Audi Sport is fielding three R8 LMS GT3 cars, and we are delighted that five customer teams with a total of six cars are involved in three different classes this year,” says Chris Reinke, Head of Audi Sport customer racing. “In addition, there is another team competing in the FIA WTCR.
