PROJECT STATUS: PRE-CONSTRUCTION

OVERVIEW: The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration and Caltrans, is completing the final design phase and preparing for construction of the Interstate 215 (I-215) Placentia LOCATION: Avenue Interchange in Perris. This interchange is “Construction Package #1” of I-215 Placentia Avenue, Perris RCTC’s future Mid County Parkway Project, which will provide a new 16-mile east-west transportation corridor between San Jacinto and Perris.
