Craig Harrison KYW Television Station KYW, Inc. 1555 Hamilton Street Philadelphia, PA 19130

November 16, 2020

Dear Craig,

The letters announcing the intention of KYW to begin broadcasting on it’s channel, or at an increased power level, were mailed on November 03, 2020 to 1737 medical facilities within KYW’s predicted coverage area.

Enclosed is a copy of the Medical Notification Letter, a list of the addresses, and proof of mailing stamped by the US Post Office in Orlando, Florida.

RF Notifications will store the undeliverable letters returned by the USPS for 6 months. If at any point they are required please let us know and we will send them to you ASAP. Please note that the average return rate is generally eight to percent and letters are typically returned due to: the facility relocating and forwarding has expired, the name was changed, the facility refused to accept the letter, or the operation merged with, or was acquired by another company.

The returned letters along with the total list of facilities notified and the proof of mailing will be evidence of your sincere attempt and good faith effort to identify and notify health care operations in your coverage area. Please place these documents in your Public File.

In closing, it has been a pleasure to serve you and your station, and I look forward to helping you with any other notification needs as they arise in the future.

Sincerely,

Lisa Sockett COO – RF Notifications

UPDATED NOTICE OF POWER INCREASE FOR KYW and WPSG

Dear Administrator or Biomedical Engineer,

KYW -TV a nd WPSG-TV are finally implementing the full-power transmission facilities that we told you about last year. The only changes at this time from the interim facilities that the two stations have been operating w ith since August 2019 are an increase in output power and an increase in antenna height to the respective stations’ final operating parameters.

This increase will occur on or about November 10th,2020

While we do not expect that these changes will impact any of the health services facilities within the two stations’ coverage areas, in an abundance of caution, we are sending follow-up notices of the stations’ changes to keep the health services community fully informed.”

Certain biomedical telemetry devices have been allowed to use unoccupied TV channels in their area on a secondary basis, according to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (codified at 47 CFR 15.242 (a)(1)). If interference to or from these devices arises with regard to the TV broadcast service, the devices must cease operation on that channel. It is the responsibility of the medical facility or operator of the device to identify and retune its equipment to an alternative non-interfering channel.

The contact information for the broadcast executive in charge of the TV station, along with the commencement date, TV channel and frequency band for each station are listed on the attached page(s). Please contact the individual listed on the attached page who is associated with the specific channel, if you wish for more information or want to report anticipated or actual interference problems.

Kind Regards,

Lisa Sockett, COO - RF Notifications
