By signing up for a subscription, customers are required to:

● Purchase their comics on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) Other arrangements can be made, but must be discussed and approved in advance with an Acme Comics manager.

● Stay in constant communication with Acme Comics regarding the titles on your subscription. Your subscription determines the ​ amount of comics we purchase, so if you order something that you don’t buy, we get stuck with it! Likewise, if you don’t add ​ something to your list, there’s a chance we won’t carry enough copies and ultimately sell out.

● Notify us of any email or telephone changes.

● Promptly purchase any special orders (Funko Pops, Statues, Action Figures, etc.) or any back issues on hold.

● Re-shelving (or hiding) your subscription books anywhere in the shop will result in termination of your subscription with Acme Comics. Just let us know when you want to take something off your list. We won’t scorn or ridicule you. It helps us when you stay ​ in communication about what you’re enjoying and what you’re not!

Following these guidelines constitutes maintaining a standing “Goodwill Agreement” with Acme Comics.

● Acme Comics reserves the right to sell or re-shelve any items on hold that have been abandoned by a subscriber after one month of no communication. Acme Comics also reserves the right to cancel any delinquent subscriber after the one month’s time ​ who, in the opinion of Acme Comics, has broken the “Goodwill Agreement.” Acme Comics will make one call to the current phone number provided by the subscriber. Subscribers will be given until closing time three days after the call is placed in order to respond about the status of their subscription. After the time limit has passed, the subscription account will be cancelled. We know that life happens and comics aren’t always the top priority, but be sure to stay in touch with us along the way and we’ll work with you on whatever life throws your way.
