Layout Tours President Dave Nelson asked Secretary Tom Marcussen to read the minutes of the previous formal business meeting on January 2, 2015. The details are the same as shown in the minutes of the January 2, 2016 Board of Directors meeting minutes, except for the inclusion of our certificate of deposit, valued at $27,558.29 on NRHS National Convention December 31, 2015, and our mutual fund, valued at $47,402.21, www.nrhs.com as of September 30, 2015.
