This document provides you with all the information you need as a participant. Please read it carefully to ensure you have a smooth and problem-free experience.

Your Rider Pack, including your bike number, identification wrist band and casquette, must be collected from the Event Village.

15 Velo Village

The Velo Village is where the BM Ride will start and finish on Sunday 14 April. There will be a range of facilities available here before and after your ride.

16 Velo Village Facilities

17 Velo Village Facilities

INFORMATION POINT AND LOST PROPERTY There will be an Information Point in the Velo Village. If you have any queries regarding your bike number, wrist band or think you have lost an item at the event, our Information Team will be able to help you.

Alternatively, if you find something on the day, please take it to an Information Point.

For any lost children – please also head straight to the Information Point. After the event, any lost property enquiries will be handled via the office.

Please email [email protected] and ask for a Lost Property Form, which you should then complete and return ASAP. Please include a detailed description of the item you have lost.

18 Safety

This is a timed event, but it is not a race. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the traffic free roads but to cycle in a responsible way, acknowledging that these roads will be used by pedestrians going about their Sunday morning activities.

All cyclists will start together from their respective pens at 7am. Make sure you are wearing your helmet, identification wrist band and your bike number is attached.
