Finally, Tyler “Gator” Lewis, who has 14 tackles on the season, has two tackles for loss with a huge sack he recorded against Colorado Mesa to start the fourth quarter. Something’s Gotta Give This coming Saturday, the Eagles will host Adams State University in a game which promises a contrast of styles between Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opponents. The Grizzlies enter Saturday leading the conference in scoring offense, total offensive yardage, and passing yardage. On the other hand, CSC leads the league in total and passing defense, and has given up the fewest points on defense. ASU averages 28.3 first downs per game, an RMAC best, while Chadron State allows the fewest of any conference team, at 17.0 per game. Both teams are on the plus side of turnover margin. Adams is plus-one with five turnovers committed and six gained, while Chadron State is plus-four after last week’s seven-turnover rout of Western State. 1 2017 Chadron State Football | Twitter: @csceagles | Facebook: /csceagles | #rmacfb | #ProtectTheRock Chadron State Sports Information | www.chadroneagles.com
