San Bernardino City Unified School District
Administrative buildings to close to the public starting March 17
Although classes are not in session from March 16-20 due to COVID-19 pandemic, San Bernardino City Unified Schools continue feeding and caring for children.
To support working families with no other childcare options during the week of March 16-20, all SBCUSD elementary schools are offering free, emergency childcare for enrolled students up to age 11. Childcare will be provided to District students from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Enrolled students can receive childcare at the school closest to them, even if that is not the school they regularly attend. Parents and guardians are asked to complete an emergency information card on the first day the student receives child care and must sign in and sign out students daily.
All children ages 18 and younger will receive free breakfast and lunch only March 16-20 and will not be asked to provide a student ID number or other identification. Meals will be served during the following times:
Elementary Schools Breakfast- 8:20 to 8:50 a.m. Lunch- 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Middle Schools and High Schools Breakfast- 7:00 to 7:25 a.m. Lunch- 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
ALTA LOMA SCHOOL DISTRICT The Alta Loma School District will be providing free sack lunches to children 18 and younger in our community during the school closures. Lunches will be available for pick up curbside at: Alta Loma Elementary School 7085 Amethyst Avenue Alta Loma, CA 91701 From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Children must be present in the vehicle to receive a meal. Meal service is planned for Monday March 16 through Friday March 20. Meal service will not be provided during Spring Break – March 23 through 27. Please check your email frequently for updates, as I will reach out should plans change. Each comprehensive high school site will be serving Grab and Go meals during the weeks of Monday, March 16-20 and March 30-April 3 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. (Food services will not be available during the designated spring break week of March 23-27.) The intent is to allow meals to be taken away from the site and consumed elsewhere, thereby allowing for social distancing.

Chino Valley Unified School District
All children may pick up grab-and-go breakfast and lunch meals from 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday during school closures. The meals are available for all children – 18-years-old and younger. They do not need to attend school in the district. Children must be present for pickup and meals need to be consumed off site.
