Establishments within the meanings of these regulations should obtain licences for the ensuing year on or before January lsI, 1960. 2. Penalties for failure to comply with Ihe Tourist Establishments Regula· tions are provided for in Sec. 7, The Tourist EstablishmenTs Act (1950).
