Williams an- nounced Kermit Blount as the new head coach of the Hornets on Feb. 4, 2011. Blount brings 27 years of collegiate coaching experience to hc Delaware State University - including 16 as the head football coach for Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. Along the way, he found time to attract a top-notch staff of assistant coaches and support personnel to DSU.
