2 OUR CUSTOM PACKAGING PROCESS
We can NEEDS ASSESSMENT Your sales representative will work closely with you to capture your unique needs, including a walk-through of the product journey & desired consumer experience.
DESIGN, DRAWINGS, & QUOTE Our dedicated design team collaborates with you to provide designs that meet the identified aesthetic & functional goals for your package.
PROTOTYPING Once the drawing is approved, we move to prototyping. You will receive a physical pro- totype to evaluate and approve form, fit, & function of the final product.
TOOLING & MANUFACTURING Once the prototype is approved, we craft custom tooling in our in-house tool & die shop within 6 - 8 weeks. Then, we manufacture the package on one of our 19 manufacturing lines.
CONTINUED SUPPORT Our job doesn’t stop after the first production run. Our customer support team exists to meet your ongoing needs, including inventory & supply management, shipping, & more.
