The primary effort of Compliance Section in the region is the implementation of Permits and Licensing on S/P Licenses; conduct lectures and inspections to the pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and other establishments within the region to apprise the administration and dispensation of controlled precursors and essential chemicals.

 Regional Oversight Committee of Dangerous Drugs (ROCDD) With three (3) Municipalities cleared during the ROCDD last March 22, 2019. These were the Municipality of (1) , Lanao del Norte (2) Municipality of Don Vic and (3) Concepcion of Misamis Occidental.
