The logistics market in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) has enjoyed excellent performance once again. Cologne/Bonn/Aachen market area

It is also the second-best result since 2015 – beaten only by H1 2016 at 382,000 sqm – and, at +32%, well in excess of the five-year average (262,235 sqm).
