Mission Statement

Jackson Baseball’s primary Mission is to provide an environment for Jackson youth to have an enjoyable, safe, team-oriented, experience while learning and playing the game of baseball. At the same time, Jackson Baseball is committed to teaching our youth the life lessons of good sportsmanship and teamwork. Through the game of baseball, Jackson Baseball intends to help youth build character, leadership ability, and confidence.

To develop student-athletes and coaches so that they reach their full potential as leaders on and off the field. Using baseball as our vehicle, we take a comprehensive “K to Life” approach ​ for growth and development of our student-athletes. Because we believe our coaches play a critical role in player development, player engagement, and family enjoyment of the Jackson Baseball experience, we take a hands-on approach to ensure "One Vision...One Voice...One Plan". ​

Jackson Travel Expands on our vision by offering a highly competitive option for our players ​ ages 9U-14U. Teams play in the SSBL travel league as well as multiple tournaments. An off season throwing program and winter workouts prepare all our players for the season. Jackson Travels goal is to provide a community based travel program second to none.

Player Eligibility

TPE.1 A Player must reside or attend a school within the established boundaries of the Jackson Local School District. Players who do not live within the boundaries of the Jackson Local School District are not eligible to participate in Jackson Travel Baseball.

TPE.2 League Age. The Player’s age as of April 30 of the current league year will be ​ ​ used to determine league eligibility.

TPE.3 Players must complete mandated state training and any other training deemed necessary by Jackson Baseball.

TP3.4 Substitute Players will first come from available players within the travel organization provided they do not have a conflict with the team they are rostered on. If travel players are not able to substitute then players from the Jackson community baseball program will be used. No player may substitute who is not a current Jackson Travel or Jackson Community baseball active player

General Rules

The Following rules apply to all Jackson Travel

TG.1 Safety is the top priority for Jackson Baseball. Safety will take priority over ​ any rule. When a conflict occurs the Director or Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball must be notified within 24 hours.

TG.2 Managers and assistant coaches are responsible for the conduct of players and parents.

TG.3 Positive chatter is allowed. Players can cheer for their own team. No comments or chants are to be directed towards a player on the other team (ex. Shouting as the batter gets ready to swing or a fielder gets ready to catch a ball.) This includes parents and fans. Noise makers in any form are prohibited.

TG.4 Players, Managers, Coaches, & Parents are prohibited from any of the following within the vicinity of playing fields prior to, during, or after a game or practice: Drug use, Alcohol, tobacco products, profanity, fighting, obscene gestures, antagonistic behavior, bullying in all forms, or any form of unsportsmanlike behavior. Social media in any form ​ may not be used to cause harm. Failure to obey by these rules will result in suspension ​ and possible removal from the Jackson Travel Baseball program

TG.5 The Director of Jackson Travel Baseball is responsible for the Travel Baseball program. In the absence of the director the Assistant Director of Travel Baseball will assume the responsibilities.

TG.6 Travel Baseball team playing time is not guaranteed. Managers are only required to play players when a local or tournament rule requires it.

TG.6 If a player or is ejected from a game notification must be made within 24 hours to the Director or Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball. It will be at the discretion of the Director or Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball if the manager or player will be suspended or removed from the program based on the severity of the issue.

Abuse/Molestation Policy

TAMP.1 Jackson baseball has adopted a zero tolerance policy in regards to abuse and/or molestation of anyone in the Jackson Baseball Program.

TAMP.2 Allegation of this type of conduct should be immediately reported to any member of the Jackson Baseball Leadership Committee.

TAMP.3 Upon notification of the Leadership Committee the person that was alleged to of committed said act will be immediately suspended from Jackson Baseball pending an investigation by either the leadership committee or the proper authorities.

TAMP.4 The Leadership Committee will meet to review the facts and render a written decision to all parties involved.

Coaching Requirements

The Following rules apply to all Jackson Community Baseball Leagues

Manager/Head Coach

TCR.1 Is directly responsible for promoting the welfare of his team including the instruction of baseball fundamentals, sportsmanship, safety, and conduct of players, coaches, parents and/or guardians. Team budgets & Scheduling of games is the responsibility of the team manager.

TCR.2 Effectively communicates the purpose of Jackson Travel Baseball to all team parents, coaches and players including acceptable conduct.

TCR.3 Must attend all scheduled Manager Meetings and training sessions as directed by Jackson Baseball. M​ ust attend a minimum of 80% of their teams’ activities, except for ​ unexpected illness or when excused by the Director or Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball.. Managers who fail to attend a minimum of 80% of their teams’ activities may not be eligible to manage the following year.

TCR.4 Must submit a yearly coaching application.

TCR.5 Successfully complete a background check as directed per the coaching application in compliance with the Jackson Baseball Coaching Background Screening policy. (No person will be exempt from this regardless of daily occupation)

TCR.6 Must adhere to any applicable mandated State of Ohio training.

TCR.7 Will be available for season ending exit interview.

TCR.8 Is responsible for any Jackson Baseball issued equipment.

Assistant Coach

TCR.9 Assists the team Manager during practices and games. Complies with TCR.5-7

TCR.10 Assumes all responsibilities of the Manager in case of absence. Complies with TCR.1-TCR.4 & TCR.8

Jackson Baseball Coaches Background Screening Policy

It is the intent of this policy to establish certain guidelines wherein Jackson Baseball can seek to protect our children by investigating the background of volunteers who will be coaching children involved in our program.

GENERAL

TCR.G.1 All persons wanting to coach in Jackson Baseball must complete an application and submit to a background check. A Coach becomes approved once the process described in this policy is completed.

TCR.G.2 Any person who has been found guilty, pled guilty; or pled no contest, regardless of adjudication, or has a pending charge pertaining to, any of the disqualifying offenses listed in this policy will be immediately disqualified from coaching (either as a head coach or an assistant coach). Jackson Baseball also reserves the right to disqualify a person for any crime that would be considered a potential risk to children and/or vulnerable populations. A Coach who willfully fails to comply with this background screening policy shall be automatically disqualified.

TCR.G.3 This policy will apply to all youth coaches, both head and assistants, participating in sanctioned Jackson Travel Baseball. If there is any doubt as to which coaches should be screened, the general rule is anyone who would potentially have unsupervised access to children on the team. Each Coach will have his or her background checked every 12 months for as long as he or she continues coaching.

SCREENING PROCESS

TCR.SP.1 At the beginning of each season anyone wanting to coach will apply at http://www.jacksonbaseball.org and fill out the coaching application and consent to a ​ background check and complete the check through Jackson provider by using the hyperlink provided.

TCR.SP.2 The coaches will then truthfully fill out and submit electronically to a third party company that has been contracted by Jackson Baseball.

TCR.SP.3 The third party contractor conducting the checks will cross-reference the screening results with the disqualifying crimes listed in this policy. A pass, fail, flagged or pending grade will then be emailed to the Director of Travel Baseball. A pass grade for any Coach that has zero disqualifying crime matches, a fail grade for any Coach that has one or more disqualifying crime matches. Any flagged or pending grades will be reviewed by the Jackson Baseball Leadership Committee. In the instance that the background check returns an offense considered a potential danger to children or is directly related to the functions of that coach that does not immediately result in in a fail grade, Jackson Baseball reserves the right to vote on the coaches eligibility.

TCR.SP.4 If the third party contractor reports any “fail” grades to Jackson Baseball, the Director of Community Travel Baseball shall notify the Coach by certified mail that he is disqualified. Upon request, the Coach will receive a copy of the background check from the third party contractor.

CONFIDENTIALITY

TCR.C.1 To help ensure confidentiality, only the Director of Jackson Travel Baseball & Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball will have access to information contained within the Background Check. All other people who need the results i.e. league commissioners will be given an “”All Clear” or “Not Cleared” status. In the event of an appeal all personal identifying information shall be redacted and every consideration shall be made to protect the identity of the person in question. Jackson Baseball Leadership Committee shall be allowed to view the results of the background check only when the Appeal is made. In the event of a second appeal that is taken to a board vote, all board members will be provided with any necessary information with identity protected. Coaches in questions will be referred to as “Coach _ _ _” in all discussions.

APPEALS PROCESS

TCR.AP.1 If a Coach’s background check includes a charge set forth on the list of disqualifiers below, Jackson Baseball shall immediately disqualify a person from volunteering as a Coach. There shall be no appeal of a decision to disqualify a Coach, if the Coach’s relevant criminal history is accurate; all decisions are final.

TCR.AP.2 If a Coach wishes to dispute the content of the profile report, the Coach shall contact the third party responsible for conducting the background check by calling the telephone number listed on the report. The Coach is responsible for providing any or all documentation to support his or her claim.

TCR.AP.3 If a Coach becomes disqualified, he or she can appeals that decision in writing within 10 days of being notified of the disqualification. At that time the coach shall put in writing why he or she feels their offense(s) should not disqualify them and also submit any documentation to support their claim. This request can be sent via email to the Director of Jackson Travel Baseball or via US Mail to Jackson Baseball PO Box

TCR.AP.4 Upon receipt of the appeal the Jackson Baseball leadership committee will review the appeal . The committee shall review and respond to any appeal within 15 days of receiving said appeal.

TCR.AP.5 If a coach disagrees with the decision of the leadership committee they may appeal to the Jackson Baseball board. This appeal will be heard at the next scheduled board meeting provided that meeting is more than five days in advance.

DISQUALIFYING CRIMES

TCR.DC.1 Jackson Baseball has adopted the same set of standards that teachers in the Jackson Local Schools have to follow in regards to background check as stated in the Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.39B1(a) for automatic disqualifications. Jackson Baseball reserves the right to review other infractions that do not fall under the code section. If a Coach (1) has been convicted of, (2) has a charge pending against him or her in which it is alleged that he or she has committed any of the following crimes, or (3) has a record of a conviction of an equivalent offense in another state, the Coach will be disqualified from volunteering for a coaching or assistant coaching position with Jackson Baseball.

TCR.DC.1.1 All Sex Offenses ​

Examples include, but are not limited to: child molestation, rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, prostitution, solicitation, indecent exposure, etc.

TCR.DC.1.2 All Felony Violence Offenses ​

Examples include, but are not limited to: murder, manslaughter, aggravated assault, kidnapping, robbery, aggravated burglary, etc.

TCR.DC.1.3 All Felony offenses other than violence or sex within the past ten (10) years. ​

Examples include, but are not limited to: drug offenses, child endangerment, etc. ​

TCR.DC.1.4 All Misdemeanor Violence offenses within the past seven (7) years. ​

Examples include, but are not limited to: simple assault, battery, domestic violence, hit and run, etc.

TCR.DC.1.5 Two Misdemeanor Alcohol offenses within the past five (5) years or multiple ​ offenses in the past ten (10) years.

Examples include, but are not limited to: driving under the influence, drunk and disorderly, public intoxication, etc.

TCR.DC.1.6 All Misdemeanor Drug offenses within the past five (5) years or multiple offenses ​ in the past ten (10) years.

Examples include, but are not limited to: simple drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, etc.

TCR.DC.1.7 Any other misdemeanor within the past five (5) years that would be considered a ​ potential danger to children or is directly related to the functions of that coach.

Examples include, but are not limited to: contributing to the delinquency of a minor, providing alcohol to a minor, etc.

Player Evaluation/Team Selection TPE.1 Players will be required to pre register for evaluations via the Jackson Baseball website.

TPE.2 A team fee will be required for registration. Checks will be shredded for players not making the team.

TPE.3 Yearly evaluations will be conducted by the Jackson Baseball Varsity Coaching staff.

TPE.4 Evaluation criteria will be at the discretion of the Jackson Baseball Varsity Coaching Staff.

TPE.5 Teams will be formed based on all information available at the time of selection.

TPE.6 All information used to evaluate players and form teams will be kept confidential.

Team Manager Selection Manager/Head Coach

TMS.1 The team manager for all age groups will be selected by the Director of Jackson travel baseball.

TMS.2 The Director of Jackson Baseball may at his/her discretion conduct interviews of potential managers. The director may have others in attendance during the interviews to help with the interview process. The interview process and discussions will be kept confidential.

TMS.3 Criteria and selection process is at the sole discretion of the Director of Jackson Travel baseball and will not published.

Assistant Coach(s)

TMS.1 The Director of Jackson Travel Baseball will help each Manager/Head Coach choose the teams assistants.

TMS.2 All assistant coaches will be subject to the same screening policy as other coaches

Fall Baseball

TFB.1 Jackson Baseball encourages players to participate in multiple sports however we understand players do enjoy fall Baseball. All fall baseball activities will be a the sole discretion of the players & parents involved. At no time will any fall team activities be considered mandatory.

Fall Throwing Program

TTP.1 All Jackson Travel teams will be given the option to participate in a fall throwing program led by the Varsity Coaching Staff.

TTP.2 Attendance will not be mandatory by players however it is strongly encouraged.

Winter Workouts

TWW.1 Team Indoor practices will begin after January 1. The frequency will be at the discretion of the team manager.

TWW.2 Attendance by players is strongly encouraged.

SPRING BASH TOURNAMENT

Tournament Details

SBTD1.1 The tournament will use the “Pool Play” format. Teams will be placed in pools where they will play a round robin within their pool or age group.

SBTD1.2 Once pool play is completed, the tournament director will establish a championship play format and if needed a consolation format to achieve the three (3) game guarantee.

SBTD1.3 The tournament director reserves the right to alter the playing format in the event of inclement weather or other unplayable conditions or other events that may arise that are not in control of Jackson Baseball.

SBTD1.4 Cancellation/Refund Policy

No games played, 100% refund. One game played, 50% refund. Two games played, 0% refund.

th SBTD1.5 The player’s age on April 30 ​ of the current year determines the player’s eligible age division for the current ​ season. Players can play up an age division but can never play down.

SBTD1.6 Use the following table for pitching distances, base distances, innings per game and length of each game:

SBTD1.7 Mercy rules for all games ❖ 15 runs after three innings ❖ 10 runs after four innings ❖ 8 runs after five innings

SBTD1.8 There will be a 2 hour time limit on all pool games. No inning shall begin after 1 hour and 50 minutes. At the 2-hour time limit, you will complete the current inning. If you finish the top half of an inning and the home team is leading, the game is official with the home team winning. If the home team is behind, you will play the bottom half of the inning and whichever team is ahead at the end of the bottom half of the inning will be the winner.

SBTD1.9 If at the end of regulation the game is tied, a Texas Shoot-Out will occur. The inning will start with no outs and the player who made the last out the previous inning placed on 2nd base. Each batter will begin with a pitch count of 3 balls and 2 strikes. The teams play until one team is ahead after a full inning.

SBTD1.10 Playoff/bracket games will not have a time-limit and will play full innings until one team is ahead at the end of the bottom half of the inning.

SBTD1.11 If a game is called due to rain, darkness, field conditions, or other acts of God and cannot be resumed, it is an official game if: a) In a Six Inning game, if three innings have been completed or if the home team has scored more runs in two and one-half innings than the visiting team has scored in three innings.

b) In a Seven Inning game, if four innings have been completed or if the home team has scored more runs in three and one-half innings than the visiting team has scored in four complete innings.

c) Games that have progressed beyond the inning limits stated in a or b above will also be declared official providing the same criteria has been met.

d) All other games not meeting the criteria of a, b or c above will be treated as a suspended game.

e) Clarification to above: For a game to be considered complete and official the home team must receive an equal number of at bats if trailing in the game regardless of what inning the game is in.

SBTD1.12 Scores must be submitted by the winning team within one hour of game completion.

SBTD1.13 The home team will be determined by coin toss prior to each game. The team traveling the farthest to the tournament shall call heads or tails. The home team during bracket play is determined by the higher seed.

SBTD1.14 All teams must be ready to play 30 minutes before game time. If your team is not ready to play when the declares "play ball", you will forfeit the game.

SBTD1.15 Each team will provide the Umpire with Two Baseballs One New and One Gently Used or New.

SBTD1.16 The Tournament Director shall have the authority to interpret these rules and make any additional decisions necessary to resolve any disputes.

SBTD1.17 Tie Breakers

SBTD1.18 No practice in fair territory is allowed during the tournament. Teams may take grounders in foul territory next to their dugout.

SBTD1.19 There will be no protests accepted.

Note: Metal spikes will not be permitted when teams are playing on the high school turf field.

SBTR1.2 Teams can bat a nine-player lineup, a 10-player lineup using an extra hitter (EH), or roster bat all present uniformed players. The lineup must be declared before the start of the game and used the entire game.

SBTR1.3 If a team uses a lineup that contains 10 players, the player in the EH position, while not actually playing a defensive position, is treated as such for substitution purposes.

SBTR1.4 Any team that is not roster should declare all eligible substitutes by noting them as such on the official lineup that is exchanged with the opposing team and/or home plate umpire at the beginning of the game. Players not listed as eligible substitutes but appear legally on the online roster will be considered legal substitutes.

SBTR1.5 If eligible, a courtesy runner can be used any time for the pitcher or of record only. A courtesy runner is defined as a player not currently active in the lineup. If roster batting, the courtesy runner is the player with last recorded out.

SBTR1.6 Runners are not required to slide, but if a runner elects to slide, the slide must be legal.

SBTR1.7 If a tag play is imminent, the runner should slide or seek to avoid contact. Jumping over a player is not considered avoiding contact.

SBTR1.8 No player can initiate malicious contact. It is the umpire’s judgment call that determines whether the contact is malicious. The player initiating malicious contact will be removed from the game.

Pitching Rules

SBTPR1.1 Limitations of pitching are based upon recorded outs while the pitcher is on the mound. ​ ​

Note: There are no pitch count limits during the tournament, however managers should recognize that pitch ​ count is more relevant than innings pitched and should be observed for the health and safety of the players.

SBTPR1.2 An intentional walk is granted upon request.

SBTPR1.3 Violation of the pitching rules shall result in a forfeit of the game in which the infraction occurred.

SBTPR1.4 Any pitcher, including the , removed from the mound at any time (during or between innings) may not re-enter as a pitcher.

SBTPR1.5 A coach may visit the mound once in an inning without removing the pitcher. The second visit to the same pitcher in the same inning requires a pitching change. The only exception is a visit to the mound for an injury.

SBTPR1.6 A pitcher may not wear any wristbands or batting gloves on either hand or arm while pitching. A pitcher may not wear white clothing below the elbow. A pitcher may not wear sunglasses unless they are prescription.

Tournament Rules

BMTR1.1 All rules are Official Rules of Major League Baseball (http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/official_rules/foreword.jsp) ​ ​ except for the rules described in this document.

Note: Metal spikes will not be permitted when teams are playing on the high school turf field.

BMTR1.2 Teams can bat a nine-player lineup, a 10-player lineup using an extra hitter (EH), or roster bat all present uniformed players. The lineup must be declared before the start of the game and used the entire game.

BMTR1.3 If a team uses a lineup that contains 10 players, the player in the EH position, while not actually playing a defensive position, is treated as such for substitution purposes.

BMTR1.4 Any team that is not roster batting should declare all eligible substitutes by noting them as such on the official lineup that is exchanged with the opposing team and/or home plate umpire at the beginning of the game. Players not listed as eligible substitutes but appear legally on the online roster will be considered legal substitutes.

BMTR1.5 If eligible, a courtesy runner can be used any time for the pitcher or catcher of record only. A courtesy runner is defined as a player not currently active in the lineup. If roster batting, the courtesy runner is the player with last recorded out.

BMTR1.6 Runners are not required to slide, but if a runner elects to slide, the slide must be legal.

BMTR1.7 If a tag play is imminent, the runner should slide or seek to avoid contact. Jumping over a player is not considered avoiding contact.

BMTR1.8 No player can initiate malicious contact. It is the umpire’s judgment call that determines whether the contact is malicious. The player initiating malicious contact will be removed from the game

Pitching Rules

BMTPR1.1 Limitations of pitching are based upon recorded outs while the pitcher is on the mound. ​ ​

Note: There are no pitch count limits during the tournament, however managers should recognize that pitch ​ count is more relevant than innings pitched and should be observed for the health and safety of the players.

BMTPR1.2 An intentional walk is granted upon request.

BMTPR1.3 Violation of the pitching rules shall result in a forfeit of the game in which the infraction occurred.

BMTPR1.4 Any pitcher, including the starting pitcher, removed from the mound at any time (during or between innings) may not re-enter as a pitcher.

BMTPR1.5 A coach may visit the mound once in an inning without removing the pitcher. The second visit to the same pitcher in the same inning requires a pitching change. The only exception is a visit to the mound for an injury.

BMTPR1.6 A pitcher may not wear any wristbands or batting gloves on either hand or arm while pitching. A pitcher may not wear white clothing below the elbow. A pitcher may not wear sunglasses unless they are prescription.

8U Coach Pitch All Star Team

T8U.I Introduction ​

T8U.I.1 Jackson Baseball will provide expanded opportunities for youth at the 8U level to play in multiple tournaments outside of the regular Jackson Baseball schedule in a competitive environment. In order to accomplish this at least one but no more than two 8U All Star teams will be formed. To be eligible a player must be a 2018 Jackson Baseball Recreational League 8U Coach Pitch participant.

T8U.I.2 The 2018 All Star team(s) will be posted on the 8U website no later than 48 hours after the completion of the evaluations. Player’s parents who are selected for the team will be notified within the 48 hour period.

T8U.1 Cost

T8U.1.1 The fee for 2018 8U All-Stars is $125 per player. Checks should be payable to the Jackson Diamond Club. These fees are used by the Jackson Baseball to cover tournament entry and uniforms. Player’s will also be responsible for wearing the color of baseball pants, belt and socks chosen by the team’s manager. The All-Star team fee is due no later than the first practice after the player has been selected. The players will also be responsible for miscellaneous expenses such as traveling to and from each tournament game.

T8U.2 Player Availability

T8U.2.1 Players selected to play on the All-Star team(s) must be available to play on the following tournament days: May 25-28, June 16-17, June 20-24, & June 29 - July 1

T8U.2.2 The All Star team(s) will practice starting in May 2018. The players are expected to attend all practices.

T8U.2.3 An unexcused absence of games could result in the immediate removal of the player from the team without a refund of any fees paid. The Director or Assistant DIrector of Jackson Travel must approve all excused absences. (Vacations are not considered an excused absence)

TBU.3 All-Star Team Evaluation/Selection Process

T8U.3.1 The Jackson Baseball 8U All-Star teams will be selected in the following manner:

T8U.3.2 All players need to be available for the practice and tournament dates listed above, the player’s parent and/or guardian must submit a signed 2018 8U All-Star Team Agreement.

T8U.3.3 Only players playing in the 2018 Jackson Baseball Recreational League 8U Coach Pitch are eligible for the open tryout. The player is expected to be present for the evaluations. Other situations will be addressed on a case by case basis by the Director or Assistant diector of Jackson Travel Baseball.

T8U.3.4 The evaluations will be conducted by member of the Jackson High School coaching staff. The Director and Assistant director of Jackson Travel will assist with the evlatuions in any capacity needed.

T8U.3.5 The DIrector or Assistant Director of Jackson Travel Baseball or their designee will use the results of the evaluation, team managers recommendations, and other available resources to select the all star team(s).

T8U.3.6 The team(s) will consist of at least 10 but no more than 14 players each.

T8U.3.7 If two teams will be created the skill level of the players will be evenly distributed between the two teams.

T8U.3.8 In the event a player can no longer continue on the team the Director or Assistant Director of Jackson travel will determine if an open tryout for the spot(s) will be held or if the team will play the remainder of the schedule with the remaining players.

T8U.3.10 All persons involved agree to keep all information obtained to be confidential.

T8U.4 Playing Time

T8U.4.1 All players must play at least two (2) innings in the field and get one (1) at bat during each game.

T8U.4.2 There are no positional playing requirements and players might not get the opportunity to play in their position of choice.

T8U.4.3 Playing time beyond these requirements and playing positions are at the discretion of the team manager.

T8U.5 All-Star Team Manager Selection Process

T8U5.1 The team manager for all age groups will be selected by the Director of Jackson travel baseball.

T8U5.2 The Director of Jackson Travel Baseball may at his/her discretion conduct interviews of potential managers. The director may have others in attendance during the interviews to help with the interview process. The interview process and discussions will be kept confidential.

T8U5.3 Criteria and selection process is at the sole discretion of the Director of Jackson Travel baseball and will not published.

T8U.7 Uniforms ​

T8U7.1 The commissioner will coordinate with Jackson Travel Baseball to provide players a hat and jersey.

T8U7.2 Prior to the first practice the manager will establish a color of pants, sock, and belt.

T8U7.3 The player is responsible for purchasing pants, socks, and belt.

T8U7.4 The Jackson Baseball All Star Uniform at no time will be worn for any 2018 Jackson Baseball 8U Coach Pitch Recreational baseball games or practices.
