It also is in synche with everything God has shown me, so I have included it here. Pris Old Wells, Fallen Mantles, and New Fountain (The Coming Great Awakening) [email protected] Date: 01/07/2007 08:00:17 PM A Vision from the Lord given to Michael Edds 4 I moved to Cleveland, Ohio in June 2000 to assume the position as Head of School for an interdenominational Christian High School. The school was new and had many challenges. I was not thrilled about the move but followed the Lord's leading out of obedience. Being a Southerner, I never thought about moving North. The school was new but had severe problems, the most severe totally unknown to me. Prior to my arrival, a teacher had been arrested for involving a student in pornography. The teacher had been convicted and sentenced. Upon my arrival, the incident had become front-page news in Cleveland. To say the least, I was shocked and angry with the board who hired me and with God who sent me. I felt someone should have informed me. I could not understand why God had sent me into a mess such as this. I have enJoyed success in building up, expanding and promoting ministries. However, it is another thing to rebuild a greatly tarnished image. The task seemed hopeless to say the least. I felt that I had Jeopardized my family by taking this position. However, I understand more fully now that God does not make mistakes. He allows adverse things to come into our lives for our good. One night I could not sleep. I was very angry with the Lord for putting me into this greatly stressful mess. 5 "Surely, I thought, I desire better than this." Around 2 AM, I got up to sit on the couch and pout. In spite of my upset state, anger and disgust, the Presence of the Lord settled in the living room. God did not even pay attention to or address my complaint. Instead, His presence was so strong that I physically trembled. He spoke these words, "Old Wells, Fallen Mantles, and New Fountains." He instructed me to get my Bible. By that time, I too had set aside my complaint. His Presence was so great that I did not know if I could survive it. I opened my Bible to Isaiah 35: 3 - 7: "Strengthen ye the wake hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, be strong, and fear not: behold your God shall come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; He will come and save you. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing for IN THE WILDERNESS SHALL WATER BREAK OUT AND STREAMS IN THE DESERT. AND THE PARCHED GROUND SHALL BECOME A POOL AND THE THIRSTY LAND SPRINGS OF WATER." Then, I turned the page and Isaiah 41: 17 - 18 fell open: "When the poor and needy seek water and there is none, and their tongues fail for thirst, I the Lord 6 will hear them. I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I WILL OPEN RIVERS IN HIGH PLACES, AND FOUNTAINS IN THE MIDST OF VALLEYS: I WILL MAKE THE WILDERNESS A POOL OF WATER AND THE DRY LAND SPRINGS OF WATER." Next followed Isaiah 43:20 which says, "...I GIVE WATERS IN THE DESERT TO GIVE DRINK TO MY PEOPLE." I was directed to verse 19 of that chapter: "BEHOLD I WILL DO A NEW THING. NOW IT SHALL SPRING (BURST) FORTH. SHALL YE NOT KNOW IT? I WILL EVEN MAKE A WAY IN THE WILDERNESS, AND RIVERS IN THE DESERT. Isaiah 44:3 followed stating: "FOR I WILL POUR WATER UPON HIM THAT IS THIRSTY, AND FLOODS UPON THE DRY GROUND: I WILL POUR MY SPIRIT UPON THEY SEED, AND MY BLESSING UPON THING OFFSPRING." The Lord was moving so quickly through the scriptures that I could hardly keep up. His presence was incredibly strong. I felt like the law of gravity had been suspended. Isaiah 49:10 came next: "FOR HE THAT HAS MERCY ON THEM SHALL LEAD THEM EVEN BY THE SPRINGS OF WATERS SHALL HE GUIDE THEM. Leaving Isaiah, the Lord took me to Joel 2:23: "BE GLAD CHILDREN OF ZION AND REJOICE FOR HE 7 HAS GIVEN YOU THE FORMER RAIN MODERATELY, AND HE WILL CAUSE TO COME DOWN FOR YOU THE RAIN, THE FORMER RAIN AND THE LATTER RAIN IN THE FIRST MONTH." Then Joel 2:28 was given which states: " AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS AFTERWARDS THAT I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH. YOUR SONS AND DAUGHTER SHALL PROPHESY, YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS." Finally, Genesis 26:18 finished the scriptures that the Lord was rapidly giving me: "AND ISAAC DUG AGAIN THE WELLS OF WATER WHICH THEY HAD DUG IN THE DAYS OF ABRAHAM HIS FATHER." The Lord revealed the meaning of this vision: The Early Church experienced the fullness of God. They had the fullness, the gifts and revelation of the Holy Spirit. They were full of boldness, power and anointing. God turned the world upside down through them. The dead were raised, the blind received sight, the possessed were set free, the sick healed and the Gospel was preached to the poor. The anger of Hell was violently aroused. The more the devil persecuted and killed them, the more they multiplied and spread. So Satan changed his tactics. By 300 AD Roman Emperor Constantine made Christianity the official religion of the Empire. What 8 Satan could not do through persecution, he accomplished through promotion, position, power, prestige, acceptance and prosperity. They SOLD OUT! The Church backslid and the all humanity fell into the brutality and nightmare of the Dark Ages. The purpose of each Great Awakening or the bursting forth of a spiritual well was to restore back to the church an element of truth that the Early Church. Luther restored "the Just shall live by faith." Wesley, Whitefield, Edwards and the First Great Awakening restored "repentance, inward holiness and the teaching of "Christ in you." The Second Great Awakening with Barton Stone at Cane Ridge in the West and Francis Asbury in the East brought salvation and restoration to society. Evangelism, missions, and great social renewal was restored to the church. The Third Great Awakening of 1857 restored the power of prayer. Azusa Street Outpouring of 1905 restored the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. The Lord stated that He was going to reopen all of the "old wells" of revival in order to restore "TOTAL" truth to His church.

Let me read these three verses, Revelation Chapter 6, beginning at Verse 9- And when he broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the Word of God and because of the testimony which they had maintained; and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, ‘How long, O Lord, holy and true, wilt Thou refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?’ “And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who were to be killed even as they had been, should be completed also.” As we begin an examination of this fifth seal and this most significant passage, it suits us to examine the thought of vengeance for a moment, because: What this seal is all about is vengeance. It is a cry on the part of these souls identified here for the Lord to avenge our blood, to bring about judgment.

    THE FIFTH SEAL Let us bow our heads now for prayer. 2 Gracious Heavenly Father, the Almighty God, Who brought again Jesus Christ from the dead, and has presented Him to us in this last days, in the Power of the Holy Spirit, we are grateful for these mighty visitations of the immortal God. And now, Father, we are facing another hour, a hour which might change the Eternal destination of many people. 3 And to approach this, Lord, we are insufficient. Because, it is in the Scriptures, that, “The Lamb took the Book and opened the Seals.” 4 O Lamb of God, come forward, we pray. We call on You, Lord, the great Redeemer. Come forth and show us Your plan of redemption that’s been hid through the years, breaking this Fifth Seal for us tonight, Father, and revealing what’s beneath that Seal for us; that we might go away better Christians than we are now, might be better fit for the task that lays ahead. We ask it in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Be seated. 5 Good evening, friends. I deem this a grand privilege to be here tonight, on this great event. I don’t know anywhere that I could feel better at, than to be on the work of the King. And now coming especially on these lessons where we’re just waiting; if He would not reveal It to me, I could not give It to you. I’m not trying to use any of my own thoughts or anything; just as He will give It.

EVIL) Arif Hossain Vice-President & Founding Chairman Bangladesh Bioethics Society Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT: The immense structural inequalities of the global social /political economy can no longer be contained through consensual mechanisms of state control. The ruling classes have lost legitimacy; we are witnessing a breakdown of ruling-class hegemony on a world scale. There is good and evil among mankind; thus it necessitates the conflict between the good and evil on Earth. We are in for a period of major conflicts and great upheavals. It's generally regarded that Mencius (c.371-c.289 B.C) a student of Confucianism developed his entire philosophy from two basic propositions: the first, that Man's original nature is good; and the second, that Man's original nature becomes evil when his wishes are not fulfilled. What is good and what is evil? Philosophers of all ages have thought over this question. Each reckoned that he had solved the question once and for all, yet within a few years the problem would re-emerge with new dimensions. Repeated acts of corruption and evil action makes a man corrupt and takes away a man from his original nature. Still now majority of the people of the world give compliance to corruption because of social pressures, economic pressures, cultural pressures and political pressures.
