LUHANSKA Small low cost community support initiatives include a range of activities designed to mobilize and empower GCA: Government-controlled areas GCA communities, building on their education, skills, and their capacities in order to strengthen their abilities to organize NGCA: Non-Government controlled areas Sievierodonetsk Sievierodonetsk emergency response and self-advocate with local and national authorities and find durable solutions for their own Sotenne protection.
