1. DECISIONS TAKEN

1.1 Approval of minutes of last meeting Decision by Coordinators: Minutes of the Coordinators' meeting of 20 April 2016 (sent to the Coordinators on 3/05/2016) were approved.

1.2 Nomination of a representative of the ITRE Committee to the ENTSO-E Advisory Council Decision by Coordinators: The Coordinators agreed to postpone the decision on nomination of the ITRE representative to the independent Advisory Council of ENTSO- E.

1.3. Decision on the Procedure concerning the ITRE contribution to the EP resolution (COP) Decision by Coordinators: The Coordinators agreed to apply the usual procedure (drafting team and single vote in ITRE).

1.4 Nomination of ITRE Members for missions outside European Union Decision by Coordinators: The Coordinators decided to use the annual Rolling d'Hondt system for nomination of ITRE Members for missions outside European Union in 2016. They were invited to nominate 7 Members for ITRE mission to China (Week 38) and 3 Members for IGF meeting by 8 June 2016. The Coordinators agreed to use the Rolling d'Hondt system for the entire second part of the 8th legislative term (2,5 years).
