V. Executive Reports 1. President: Jacob Epperson, [email protected], i. Office hours are Monday’s and Friday’s: 4-5pm ii. Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV) Conference in 2 weeks 1. Several IFC officers will be attending to develop our leadership skills 2. Formulate more agendas for IFC iii. Community Assessment Data Review Sessions 1. Community Assessment Data Review Sessions a. Brotherhood Keynote – April 3, 6-7pm in LSC North Ballroom, this session will provide a broad overview of the collected data, as well as how it measures against other Dyad Strategies research on how chapters operationalize the concepts of brotherhood. b. 20% of your chapter must attend. c. The Get Yourself Tested Campaign encourages testing as an act of pride, not shame, and promotes a dialogue about STDs. During the GYT Campaign, which runs through April 14, the CSU Health Network will be providing students a discounted rate of $20 on select STD tests, specifically for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Any full-time, health fee-paying student is eligible to receive this discount. No appointment is necessary; students are encouraged to just walk in to the CSU Health Network. iii. Have been working to improve the brotherhood with increasing numbers in the chapter 6. Delta Chi a. No Report 7. Farmhouse a. Made it back safely from formal 8. Kappa Sigma a. initiation this weekend, 14 new brothers 9. Fraternity, Inc. a. No Report 10. a. Fathers weekend was this weekend b. Chipotle Percentage Night Wednesday 5-9 benefiting the live like Luke Foundation (for ALS) i. Make sure you mention you are with Phi Delta Theta 11. a. Mom’s day this past saturday, it was awesome 12. a. Philanthropy this Friday at City Park i. Bring your dogs 13. a. Philanthropy coming up 14. a. No Report 15. a. VII. Discussion 1. What were your chapter’s initial thoughts to the dyad assessment? a. Phi Mu Alpha: enjoy the survey; Felt that some of the question should have allowed multiple responses. b. Pi Kappa Phi: Was lengthy we should try to condense it next year c. Phi Kappa Tau: There were some questions that maybe shouldn’t have been included, there was also not a way to say that this question does not affect us d. : Sexual assault/harassment questions seemed one-sided and sexist i. Did not include any questions directed at male-survivors e. Alpha Sigma Phi: Some of the questions regarding were too blunt 2. Why do you think that spring recruitment was so small? a. Alpha Tau Omega: Wouldn’t say that it was a very small spring recruitment b. Phi Mu Alpha: chose not to do recruitment this semester c. Sigma Nu: Had potential new members claiming that they were not aware that rush was happening d. Alpha Tau Omega: The Grand ballroom tabling event was not very clear that it was a fraternity event e. Phi Kappa Tau: The Grand Ballroom tabling event did not have very many PNM’s f. Alpha Gamma Omega: Did not think that the ballroom was a great place to hold a recruitment event. g. Alpha Epsilon Pi: Felt like tabling event was kind of a waste since most of their members come from Jewish organization interest events

Phi Delta Theta: Ram Welcome leader application is closing Wednesday March 28th. 3. Nu Kappa Alpha Fraternity Inc.: Event with United Men of COlor “Clash of Titans, JID is going to perform in LSC Theater on Saturday , March 31st after party at the Aggie theater $10. 4. Phi Kappa Theta: Opening up Good Friday hike to all brothers. Meet at parking lot at St. Johns at 12:30pm. Notes can be provided for people to miss class XII. Adjournment
