General Conference Tours Thursday – Saturday, Oct. 11 – 13 Afternoon tours are packed with Wright- designed buildings! Friday will be devoted to Taliesin—including the Hillside School and Studio, Tan-y-deri and the nearby (1956)—with a focus on preserva- tion. Thursday and Saturday will focus on the Madison area, including World Heritage Site nominee Jacobs House I (1936), the hemicycle Jacobs House II (1944), the rarely toured Rudin House (1957), the recently discovered American System-Built House Series AA (1917), the cliff- hugging lakeside Pew House (1938), and the National Historic Landmark Unitarian Meeting House (1947). Private houses by Wright appren- tices and other architects, including the Louis Sullivan-designed landmark Bradley House (1909), also will be included. Included in general registration.
