CHICAGO (May 22-24, 2018) – 4505 Meats, the San-Francisco-based originator of chef-created, artisanal pork rinds (or chicharrones), will exhibit their complete line of porkalicious snacks, including their first product extension, 4505 Cracklins, at the Sweets and Snacks show, booth #4012. 4505 Meats invites all show attendees to get a taste of the Bay Area by digging into their original Chicharrones and brand new Cracklins, which are available in two flavors: Spicy Green Chili & Lime, and Sea Salt. Like all 4505 Meats snacks, the new crunchy curls are gluten-free, paleo-approved, and made with humanely-raised pork, free of hormones and antibiotics.
4505 Meats is founded and led by Ryan Farr, a professionally trained chef and butcher with a deep love for all things pork and sustainable practices. After perfecting his first line of snacks, Ryan was inspired to share Cracklins after years of hosting whole pig roasts where guests lined up for tantalizing bites of crunchy pork skin carved right off the hog.
