    LIST OF APPROVED MODELS OF FRAMES AND FORKS Version on 11.08.2016 The Approval Procedure of bicycle frames and came into force on 1 January 2011 in accordance with Article 1.3.001bis of the UCI Regulations. From this date, all new models of frames and forks used by licence holders in road (RD), time trial (TT), track (TR) and cyclo-cross (CX) events must be approved on the basis of the Approval Protocol for Frames and Forks available from the UCI website. Approval by the UCI certifies that the new equipment meets the shape requirements set out in the UCI regulations. However, this approval does not certify in any case the safety of the equipment which must meet the applicable official quality and safety standards, in accordance with Article 1.3.002 of the UCI regulations. The models which are subject to the approval procedure are: all new models of frames and forks used by licence holders in road, track or cyclo-cross events, all models of frames and forks under development on 1 January 2011 which had not yet reached the production stage (the date of the order form of the moulds is evidence), any changes made to the geometry of existing models after 1 January 2011. Models on the market, at the production stage or already manufactured on 1 January 2011 are not required to be approved during the transition stage. However, the non-approved models have to comply in any case with the UCI technical regulations (Articles 1.3.001 to 1.3.025) and are subjects to the commissaires decision during events.

Complementing these oral histories are photos drawn from the archives of Olycom, Omega and Offside, some illustrating something that has been said, others simply illustrating aspects of Coppi's public life. Coppi - a private man who was public property. Although there is but one English- language biography of Coppi currently in print, most people are familiar with the basic facts of his life, from birth through death and stopping off at the Coppi: Inside the Legend of the Campionissimo highs and lows in between those two points.     ATTIVITA’ E IMPRESE RATING DI LEGALITA’: IL PUNTO 2020 01. NOZIONE L’art. 5-ter del D.L. 1/2012 (convertito dalla L. 27/2012), prevede “Al fine di promuovere l'introduzione di principi etici nei comportamenti aziendali” all’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del mercato (AGCM) il compito: di elaborare e attribuire su istanza di parte un rating di legalità per le imprese operanti nel territorio nazionale che raggiungano un fatturato minimo di due milioni di euro. Del rating attribuito si deve tenere conto in sede di concessione di finanziamenti da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni, nonché in sede di accesso al credito bancario. 02. COSA E’ IL RATING DI LEGALITA’ Il rating di legalità è un indicatore sintetico del rispetto di elevati standard di legalità da parte delle imprese che ne abbiano fatto richiesta. Possono richiedere l’attribuzione del rating le imprese (sia in forma individuale che societaria) che soddisfano cumulativamente i seguenti requisiti: sede operativa in Italia; fatturato minimo di due milioni di euro nell’esercizio chiuso nell’anno precedente a quello della domanda; iscrizione nel registro delle imprese da almeno due anni alla data della domanda; rispetto degli altri requisiti sostanziali richiesti dal Regolamento. Tale riconoscimento prende la veste di un punteggio compreso tra un minimo di una e un massimo di tre “stellette”. L’impresa richiedente ottiene il punteggio base ★, qualora rispetti tutti i requisiti di cui all’articolo 2 del Regolamento attuativo in materia di Rating di Legalità.
