The World Congress of IAGG has been held every four years in different countries all over the world. As one of the most highly acclaimed meetings in the field of ageing, the IAGG2013 congress is expected to gather a large number of participants from more than 90 countries.

At the 20th Seoul World Congress, under the theme of “Digital Ageing: New Horizon for Health Care and Active Ageing”, a wide range of scientific programs are being organized balancing four major fields of gerontology and geriatrics: Biology, Clinical Medicine, Social/Behavioral Sciences, Research/Policy/Practice. The organizing com- mittee will make interesting and worthwhile programs focused on the latest develop- ments and trends, as well as the future outlook of ageing society.

They provide a two-day (overnight stay) pro- gram that lets participants experience daily monastic life at a traditional temple in the city. This will give you the chance to look deep inside yourself - something which can be easily put off in our busy lives.
