JESSICA EATON’s (b. 1977, Regina, Saskatchewan) Paris Photo debut will reflect her unique experimentation with a wide array of analogue- based photographic techniques. Eaton builds up on large format film “in camera” luminescent forms whose striking colors exist free from a direct indexical relationship with the world. The resulting work embraces the medium’s ability to create giving the viewer a striking sense of possibility. Falls has been exhibited in the US and abroad, including solo exhibitions at Fotografiska (Stockholm), American Contemporary (New York), China Art Objects and M+B in Los Angeles, along with participation in 2011 High Desert Test Sites (Joshua Tree, CA).
