RAL CLASSIC The RAL system aims to subtract any confusion about the name, number or hue of a certain color. The CLASSIC collection still has the original 40 colors for year over year consistency and has evolved to 213 colors in total. RAL EFFECT RAL EFFECT is our innovative color palette for industrial and interior design, containing 70 metallic colors together with 420 corresponding solids. The palette has been designed as the first water based collection of its kind and is free of lead, cadmium and chromates. These color materials have been produced in waterborne coatings, reducing VOC and CO2 emissions by more than 90%.

RAL PLASTICS P1 and P2 in multifunctional design Three different surface textures – high gloss polished, VDI 24 and VDI 42 – show users the colour dependent on surface roughness. Three levels of thickness make it easy to look at each colour when 100 percent opaque or at lower levels of opacity. Polypropylene was intentionally chosen for RAL PLASTICS. It is a bulk plastic used in many manufactured products because of its balanced property profile and excellent value for money.
