Welcome … If you have been attending Mass at St. Andrew and would like to become a member, please visit the Parish Office where you can register and discover all the wonderful ways to grow in faith through Christian Service and Outreach, Faith Formation and Youth Ministry, Parish Life, Stewardship and Worship. For more information call 248.651.7486. ¡Bienvenido!

Parish Mission Follow-up Many who attended the mission have requested additional information about the charities that were featured in some of the film clips shared by Gerry Straub. Gerry happily provides links and contact information for all charities he has featured. He does so on his website. For further information on these organizations, for a free subscription to Gerry’s blog as well as to learn about the future projects of Pax et Bonum, you need only visit Gerry’s website at: paxetbonumcomm.org.

Thank you to all who attended the Parish Mission with Gerry Staub and those who came to the Soup Supper. There were many comments about the impact of the various presentations. Hopefully it provided good food for thought during the Season of Lent. Special thanks to Lisa Juriga and Val Fournier for all of their work on putting the mission together. www.standrewchurch.org 248.651.7486 March 8, 2015

“A Beacon of Light – A Vision of Hope and Faith”

Following an extraordinary life-saving encounter with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Catherine M. Lanni, who was on her deathbed giving birth to her fourth child, was miraculously healed through Mary’s intercession to The Lord Jesus. Catherine, in grati- tude, promised to someday “do something good” for Jesus in thanksgiving for her miracle and what was to follow was way beyond anyone’s wildest dreams or imagination.

Catherine’s promise eventually resulted in a phenomenal Ministry that she founded, (and which was established by Cardinal on Easter Sunday, 2003) The Servants of Jesus of the Divine Mercy. The Ministry includes The Divine Mercy Center in Clinton Township, MI. and The Divine Mercy Missionary Center at Holy Family Parish in Memphis, MI.

The Servants of Jesus of Divine Mercy Ministry truly is a ‘Beacon of Light and a Vision of Hope and Faith’. This exceptional Ministry, which incorporates many Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy, has often resulted in extraordinary Spiritual and Physical Healings.

Catherine M. Lanni has dedicated her life to spreading the message of The Divine Mercy, including authoring “A Call to Trust.” A wife of 39 years, a proud mother of three, grandmother of nine (with one on the way!), and a woman who has been face to face with Jesus Christ, Catherine M. Lanni is sure to inspire you with her life story, her compassion for those in need, and her passion for The Divine Mercy and this Ministry.

“….let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in Heaven.” Matthew 5:16
