DISCUSSION In earlier studies in patients with sea- sonal allergic rhinitis, ebastine, 10 mg once daily, was shown to be superior to placebo and equivalent to terfena- dine, 60 mg twice daily, and equivalent to astemizole, 10 mg once daily.12 Figure 1.
