[H.R. 4380] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, United States Manufacturing SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS. Enhancement Act of 2010. (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘United States 19 USC 1 note. Manufacturing Enhancement Act of 2010’’. Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a chapter, subchapter, note, additional U.S. note, heading, subheading, or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a chapter, subchapter, note, additional U.S. note, heading, subheading, or other provision of the Har- monized Tariff Schedule of the United States (19 U.S.C. 3007).
