The said Mr. Maman Singh is father of Mr. Som Dutt. After purchase of land vide sale deeds dated 4th May, 1989, the petitioners had applied for mutation under the provisions of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954, (hereinafter referred to as the Revenue Act). Mr. Maman Singh was a recorded bhumidar of the land till sale deeds were made. Mutation entries were allowed in favour of the petitioners. By the impugned order dated 10th February, 1995 passed by the Financial Commissioner, the mutation entries have been cancelled. Impugned Order 2. The Financial Commissioner, has held, that the aforesaid land consisting of 4 bighas and 18 biswas was subject matter of proceedings under Section 81 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954(hereinafter referred to as the Reforms Act, for short) and was ordered to be vested in the Gaon Sabha by order passed by SDM/Revenue Assistant dated 7th February, 1984 and, therefore, mutation entries made in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the sale deeds dated 4th May, 1989 are liable to be set aside.

    GOVERNMENT OF NCT OF DELHI TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT 5/9 UNDER HILL ROAD, DELHI-110054 No.F.10(63)/Misc/AS/STA/Tpt/2012/ Dated: PUBLIC NOTICE ATTENTION: OPERATORS OF RTV STAGE CARRIAGES/GRAMIN SEWA In pursuance to the resolution No. 16/2013 & 17/2013 dated 12.08.2013 of State Transport Authority (STA), Delhi, 21 routes of Gramin Sewa Scheme have been identified, which are operating inside the Outer Ring-Road. Out of these 21 routes, 11 routes have been amended and restricted beyond the Outer Ring-Road while 10 routes have been discontinued (detail is given in Annexure ‘A’). Operators of the 10 Gramin Sewa routes which have been discontinued are hereby directed to opt for existing alternate routes (3 routes in order of preference). List of the existing Gramin Sewa routes can be seen at Annexure ‘B’. Some operators of RTV / Metro Feeder routes have applied for extension of route / change of via / merger of two or more routes / change of route in case of single bus operator. List of such routes can be seen at Annexure ‘C’ (RTV routes) and Annexure ‘D’ (Metro Feeder routes). List of existing RTV routes can be seen at Annexure ‘E’. The STA Board decided that the routes will be put up for open advertisement to give equal opportunity to all interested operators. General public and operators of Gramin Sewa/RTVs/Metro Feeder Buses are hereby requested to offer their suggestions/ objections, latest by 31.01.2014 on the above mentioned routes which are available on the website of the department i.e.
