No. 1/1/2016/HP-I/Estt./2733-2740.—In partial modification of this Government’s notifications F. 13/30/93 – HP (Estt.) 62386-6390 dated the Ist December, 1998 and in exercise of the power conferred by the section 10 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) and the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi notification No. U-11011/2/74- UTL(i) dated the 20 th March, 1974, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct and declare:- (1) that the Delhi Cantt. Railway Station and Subzi Mandi Railway Station shall be Police Stations with immediate effect from the date of issue of this Notification and; (2) that the area of Railway Stations Patel Nagar, Kirti Nagar, Delhi Cantt., Palam, Shahbad Mohamadpur and Bijwasan shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of the Police Station Sarai Rohila Railway Station and included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Delhi Cantt. Railway Station with effect from the date of issue of this notification; (3) that the area of Railway Stations Naraina Vihar, Inderpuri, Barar Square, S.P.Marg, Chankya Puri, Safdarjung and Sarojini Nagar shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of the Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin Railway Station and included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Delhi Cantt. Railway Station with effect from the date of issue of this notification; (4) that the area of Railway Stations Subzi Mandi Railway Station, Azadpur Railway Station, Adarsh Nagar Railway Station, Badli Railway Station, Khera Kalan Railway Station, Holambi Kalan Railway Station and Narela Railway Station shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of the Police Station Old Delhi Railway Station and included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Subzi Mandi Railway Station with effect from the date of issue of this notification; (5) that the Police Stations Old Delhi Railway Station, Sarai Rohila Railway Station, Hazarat Nizamudin Railway Station, Delhi Cantt. Railway Station, and Subzi Mandi Railway Station shall have jurisdiction over Platforms, Parking, Circulating Area bounded by entry and exit gates of Railway Stations; and (6) that the boundaries/revised boundaries/jurisdiction of Railway Police Station of Old Delhi Railway Station, Sarai Rohila Railway Station, Hazarat Nizamudin Railway Station, Delhi Cantt. Railway Station and Subzi Mandi Railway Station shall cover the local area henceforth as specified in the Schedule given below:- SCHEDULE 1. Old Delhi Railway Station South Railway track from Old Delhi Railway Station upto Sadar Bazar Railway Station outer signal (inclusive Pucca Pul Lahori Gate) East Railway track from Old Delhi Railway Station Old Yamuna Bridge, Sahadra Railway Station, Vivek Vihar outer signal upto UP Border West Railway track from RMD upto Pul Bangas North West Railway track from Old Delhi Railway Station upto Pul Bangas 2. Sarai Rohila Railway Station South Railway track from Sarai Rahila Railway Station upto Bahadurgarh Haryana Border East Railway track from Sarai Rohila Railway Station to Pul Bangas including Kishan Ganj Railway Station South-West Railway track from Sarai Rohila Railway Station to Daya Basti Railway Station upto Jakhira flyover (Including). 4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY [P ART IV 3. Mr. Narain Singh and Mr. Som Dutt (hereinafter referred to as the petitioners, for short) claim that they have purchased 2 bighas 18 biswas and 2 bighas of land, respectively in khasra No. 6/19/2 (min) village Samepur, Delhi vide two separate sale deeds dated 4th May, 1989 executed by one Mr. Maman Singh. The said Mr. Maman Singh is father of Mr. Som Dutt. After purchase of land vide sale deeds dated 4th May, 1989, the petitioners had applied for mutation under the provisions of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954, (hereinafter referred to as the Revenue Act). Mr. Maman Singh was a recorded bhumidar of the land till sale deeds were made. Mutation entries were allowed in favour of the petitioners. By the impugned order dated 10th February, 1995 passed by the Financial Commissioner, the mutation entries have been cancelled. Impugned Order 2. The Financial Commissioner, has held, that the aforesaid land consisting of 4 bighas and 18 biswas was subject matter of proceedings under Section 81 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954(hereinafter referred to as the Reforms Act, for short) and was ordered to be vested in the Gaon Sabha by order passed by SDM/Revenue Assistant dated 7th February, 1984 and, therefore, mutation entries made in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the sale deeds dated 4th May, 1989 are liable to be set aside.
