ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE FOR ADDITION AND CONCEPTUAL PLAN SARGODHA VIHAR ALTERATION IN EXISTING COLONY 'SARGODHA VIHAR CGHS LIMITED CO-OP GR HSG SOCIETY’ PLOT NO. 13, SECTOR-7, DWARKA, DELHI 1. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The proposed project is “Addition and alteration in Existing Colony 'Sargodha Vihar CO-OP Gr HSG Society is at Plot No. 13, sector-7, Dwarka, Delhi. The existing group housing project was become operation in june 2002. Detail existing project are furnished below in Table 1. The proposed addition & alteration in the existing project involve addition/ extension of existing Balconies. The details of proposed expansion are given in Table2. Due to construction of proposed project there will not be change in water requirement, power requirement, solid waste generation, as there is no increase in no. of DU’s and Population. Fig. 1. Almost all the surrounding and nearby areas are connected with network of roads. New Delhi Station and Palam railway station is around 17.49 km in North East and 2.02 km in North East direction and IGI Airport is approx. 2.95 km in SE direction. The location coordinate of project site are 280 34’ 53.00”N and 770 04’ 20.71” E. The Project site is well connected to the Major National highway NH-8. Due to expansion there will be no change in waste generation. 7.0 POWER REQUIREMENT DETAILS The power supply is being supplied by BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. the estimated electrical demand load & proposed power back to be used during power failure shall be as per details given in Table:11 below. The DG sets will be equipped with acoustic enclosure to minimize noise generation and adequate stack height for proper dispersion. 7.2 STORM WATER DRAINAGE & RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM A network of covered/underground storm water drain is already present at site. Four rainwater harvesting tranches have been constructed to collect store and recharge rain water from roof tops. 8.0 LANDSCAPE & SHELTERBELT DEVELOPMENT Total green area measures 3197.92 m2 of the total plot area. Approx. 50% of area would be used for peripherial tree plantation, road side plantation & remaining area would be used for plantation of shrubs, lawn, and ground cover. 9.0 PARKING FACILITIES For smooth circulation & reduction of pollution separate entry & exits with gates of adequate sizes are planned for the vehicles & also for the movement of fire engine. Provision for car/vehicle parking is planned in the basements. Apart from peripheral roads for vehicular movement internal roads/pavements are planned for traffic free movement of pedestrians.
