21ST CENTURY FOX MAKES SUPER BOWL XLVIII PROMOTION A COMPANY-WIDE PRIORITY

Broad Effort Includes Nightly Primetime Opens Airing Simultaneously Across Multiple Fox Channels

New York – As Super Bowl XLVIII approaches, the boldest and coldest in history, 21st Century Fox unveils its comprehensive promotional strategy for what is annually the highest-rated and most-watched television program in the United States. 21st Century Fox is utilizing its multitude of television and digital assets to promote Super Bowl XLVIII, which airs Sunday, Feb. 2, live and exclusively from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, on FOX – and for the first time ever in the U.S., in Spanish on . Super Bowl XLVIII, hosted jointly by the states of and New Jersey, is the first Super Bowl ever played in an open-air, cold-climate stadium.

The 21st Century Fox Super Bowl promotional effort is led by coordinated Super Bowl-themed opens simultaneously kicking off the evening’s primetime programming during Super Bowl Week across multiple Fox channels, including FOX, , select FOX Sports Regional Networks, FOX Deportes, Channel, Network, FX, FXX, FXM, National Geographic Channel and MundoFox. The first, an original Super Bowl-themed musical sketch featuring THE SIMPSONS and animated versions of FOX Sports’ Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Curt Menefee and Michael Strahan, airs Sunday, Jan. 26 at 8:00 PM ET/PT. Fox channels also offer a variety of unique football-themed entertainment programs and Super Bowl-themed shows, opens, bumpers, promos, program marathons and news coverage dedicated to the game in the week preceding the game.
