**Unless otherwise noted, all suites included with this Entertainment Plan are 20 person Event Suites with the ability to add up to 14 Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets per event at an additional cost

Additional Benefits: • Playoff Priority to purchase 1 suite per game during 2018-2019 playoffs for all rounds • Concert and special event suite pre-sale priority based on plan level • Pre-game suite visit from the (based on availability) at one Lakers game • In-game suite visit from the Kings Ice Crew at one Kings game • 4 Lot W parking passes for each regular season Lakers/Clippers/Kings game

CONFIRMATION OF ENTERTAINMENT PLAN PURCHASE

______hereby confirms the purchase of the above outlined event suite plan. A payment plan and Event Suite Rental Agreement to be signed and agreed to pending plan approval. Entertainment Plan must be paid in full by October 1st, 2018, or is subject to cancellation.
