'Register and vote' is sent very slowly, but you can clearly hear it in the background, just before the end of the track. It starts at approx. 3min 40 sec, and says 'register and vote' The other one is on his Songs for a Dying Planet album. On the track "Certain Situations" start listening at approx. 3min 30sec.
