What is Elland Road like? Elland Road is dominated by the two-tiered East Stand on one side of the stadium. Holding around 15,000 supporters, it was opened in the 1992-93 season and is at least twice the size of the other three stands. Away fans are housed on one side of the Stand (towards the South Stand) in the upper tier, where up to 3,000 supporters can be housed. The facilities within the stand are very good, but it is recommended that you get a ticket for the lower tier for a better view of the match as there are several supporting pillars in the upper tier that could provide an obstruction. Food on offer includes burgers as well as a selection of pies; peppered steak, chicken balti, potato and meat, and cheese, onion and potato.

Directions Leave the M1 at Junction 43 and take the M621 towards Leeds City Centre. You will pass the ground on your left and then you need to leave at Junction 1, before turning left onto the A6110 ring road. You then need to take the next left onto Elland Road for the stadium.
