Role overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive, with a proven track record for generating new sales and achieving sales targets. You should be an inspired self- starter, able to drive sales growth, build rapport with customers and close sales. The role of Hospitality Sales Executive is to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Tournament’s Hospitality Programme.

You will play a key role in the team which will deliver hospitality at all 61 matches, across all three tournaments – Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair, at venues such as St James’ Park, Road, , , Copper Box Arena and the .

If you have 2-3 years of sales experience, ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

✓ Achieve and exceed sales targets ✓ Drive new business activity ✓ Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals on products and services ✓ Generate and follow up sales leads & close business to achieve sales revenue targets ✓ Negotiate/close deals and handle objections ✓ Build rapport with customers and close sales ✓ Maintain and update sales and customer CRM records ✓ Processing booking confirmations and payments ✓ Matchday hosting and facility management

Key skills and personal competencies required:

✓ Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales targets. ✓ Excellent communication skills ✓ Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive ✓ Ability to connect with customers and gain trust ✓ Service and solution orientated ✓ Ability to take ownership and prioritise workload ✓ Good team player ✓ Computer literate and experience of CRM software ✓ Use of Microsoft products, especially Word & Excel ✓ Understanding of international sport and major events
