The Swedish international spent one season in Greece, appearing in eight games as the club finished third in the Super League and lost the Greek Cup final 2-1 against Larissa FC. • København, who entered this competition after losing in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League to SL Benfica, are playing in their first group stage game of the season while Panathinaikos won their opener 3-0 at home against Aberdeen FC. • The two sides have never met in European competition. • København have never come up against Greek opposition before. • Panathinaikos met København's Superligaen rivals Aalborg BK in the 1995/96 UEFA Champions League, losing 2-1 in Denmark but winning 2-0 in Athens. The Greens won Group A and went on to reach the semi-finals. • Current København midfielder Jesper Grønkjær came on as a substitute in both games for AaB. • This will be the sixth meeting of Danish and Greek sides on Danish soil. Of the previous five games, the home side has won three to the away side's two. • Panathinaikos have fond memories of Danish players René Henriksen and Jan Michaelsen, who helped them reach the quarter-finals of the 2001/02 UEFA Champions League. • København coach Ståle Solbakken played one game against Greece with the Norway national team, earning a 2-0 win in a UEFA EURO 2000™ qualifier. • Panathinaikos have won three of their last five UEFA Cup away games, losing the other two. • København have won four of their last five home games in UEFA club competition, losing the other.     RAPORT O STANIE BEZPIECZEŃSTWA NA STADIONACH ZA SEZON 2008/2009 2 I. Sezon piłkarski 2008/2009 – bezpieczeństwo na stadionach w ocenie Wydziału ds. Bezpieczeństwa na Obiektach Piłkarskich PZPN oraz Ekstraklasy S.A. Raport o stanie bezpieczeństwa na obiektach piłkarskich Ekstraklasy, I i II ligi w sezonie 2008/2009 został opracowany wspólnie przez Ekstraklasę S.A. (część dotycząca Ekstraklasy) i Wydział ds. Bezpieczeństwa na Obiektach Piłkarskich PZPN. Jest to 13 kolejne opracowanie. Dokument ten dotyczy całości rozgrywek sezonu 2008/2009. Wszystkimi zagadnieniami związanymi z zapewnieniem porządku i bezpieczeństwa na stadionach koordynuje Wydział ds. Bezpieczeństwa na Obiektach Piłkarskich PZPN. Ekstraklasa S.A. prowadzi rozgrywki o mistrzostwo Ekstraklasy oraz sprawy dyscyplinarne związane z ligą zawodową. Pierwszą instancją jest Komisja Ligi, która jest organem spółki. Sprawy dotyczące bezpieczeństwa pozostają w gestii Polskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej, który typuje delegatów na mecze Ekstraklasy, I i II ligi. Dokonują oni obserwacji i oceny organizacji zabezpieczenia i utrzymania porządku na zawodach. Od początku rundy wiosennej sezonu2008/2009 delegaci są typowani na wszystkie mecze szczebla centralnego, co ma ogromny wpływ na poprawę organizacji meczów jak również wzrost odnotowywanych zdarzeń i nieprawidłowości. W sezonie 2008/2009 na meczach Ekstraklasy organizowano przedmeczowe spotkania organizacyjne z udziałem przedstawicieli klubów, Policji, służb porządkowych, spikera oraz delegata. System oparty na doświadczeniach UEFA jest kontynuowany, sprawdza się i wpływa na poprawę organizacji imprez masowych. W sezonie 2008/2009 nastąpił spadek liczby widzów, którzy obejrzeli mecze Ekstraklasy. Ogółem 240 meczów obejrzało 1.566.900 widzów, co daje średnią 52.230 widzów na kolejkę i 6.602 widzów na mecz. W porównaniu z sezonem 2007/2008 stanowi to spadek o 2%.

Czasem bywa tak, że trze- ba się cofnąć, aby później z jeszcze większą siłą podążać naprzód. Ponadto, zawsze jest jeszcze „druga noga” czyli hokej, a z tamtego obozu docierają nader optymistyczne wieści – zawodnicy trenują, a kadra uzupełniana jest raz po raz. Miłej lektury!
