First Destination Report CLASS OF 2016 This report includes data from undergraduate students who graduated in August 2015, December 2015, and May 2016. Statistics are derived from a survey collection pool of 411 graduates from a total graduating class of 535 (representing a 77% knowledge rate). Response sources include: self-reported survey responses, faculty/staff outreach, and LinkedIn profile verifications. Of the 411 graduates with information provided, 390 or 95% have reported post-graduation employment in fields related to their career interests or graduate school acceptance. 290 students or 70.5% of graduates responding reported employment; 2 or .5% are completing a year of service; 98 or 24% gained acceptance to graduate school. JOBS POSTED ON HIREPHILAU: ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP DATA: This year, a total of 2,698 jobs were posted on HirePhilaU by 1,213 (Full At-A-Glance report found on website) unique employers. Of the positions posted, 84% were Full-Time/ 143 students completed 158 internships for academic credit Entry Level Jobs or Internships, while the remaining were Part-time, during 2015-2016.
