Download the Document PRESS RELEASE March 2020, 3rd Appointments within Groupe ADP Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris SA - Groupe ADP, made the following appointments: Starting March 2020, 2 nd : Édouard MARCUS is appointed Chief Financial, Management and Strategy Officer. Édouard Marcus, 43, was previously, head of legal and taxation department within the Ministry for Government Action and Public Accounts. He is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) and a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (IEP Paris) and the French National School of Administration (ENA - Copernicus promotion) and holds a master's degree in business law and corporate taxation from the University of Paris II. He has spent his entire career in public administration, notably in the Direction de la Législation Fiscale (Tax Policy Department) and in the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (French Tax Administration). In 2005, he was technical advisor in the Delegated Minister for Budget and State reform's office. Édouard Marcus replaces Clément Lafaix, who leaves the group. He will report to Philippe Pascal, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Finance, Strategy & Administration. Starting March 2020, 16 th : Pierre ABRAHAM is appointed Managing Director for terminals 2 ABCD at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Pierre Abraham, 39, graduated from Civil Aviation French School (ENAC) and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, held previously the job of Revenue Management, Pricing & Distribution Director at Corsair International (French airline). He began his career in the Revenue Management at Europcar International, then at Air France. From 2012 to 2016, he worked for Air France, first as head of economic relations between the airline and Groupe ADP, then as head of supports for the baggage activity of Air France Hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Within Groupe ADP , Pierre Abraham will report to Marc Houalla, Executive Director and Director of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport . Starting April 2020, 13th : Nathalie CHAILLY is appointed Managing Director for Passenger and Terminal Process at Paris-Orly Airport . Nathalie Chailly, 44, worked previously for Air Austral as director of strategic partnership between this airline and Air Madagascar. Graduated from ENSAT (Agronomic School in Toulouse) and ESCP (Business School in Paris), she began her career in air transport industry in 2000 within the teams of the "Roland Garros" Reunion Island Airport, where she conducted the first ISO certification by positioning passengers at the heart of the process. Between May 2011 and August 2017, she was acting as general secretary, then as interim director Reunion Air Assistance group, subsidiary of Air Austral in charge of ground handling and airport safety. Within Groupe ADP, Nathalie Chailly will report to Régis Lacote, Director of Paris-Orly Airport.     CTA Carriers The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) has defined the application and disclosure of interline baggage rules for travel to or from Canada for tickets issued on or after 1 April 2015. The CTA website offers a list of carriers filing tariffs with the CTA at https://www.otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/carriers-who-file-tariffs-agency. US DOT Carriers The following is a list of carriers that currently file general rule tariffs applicable for travel to/from the United States. This list should be used by subscribers of ATPCO’s Baggage product for determining baggage selection rules for travel to/from the United States. For international journeys to/from the United States, the first marketing carrier’s rules apply. The marketing carrier selected must file general rules tariffs to/from the United States. Systems and data providers should maintain a list based on the carriers listed below to determine whether the first marketing carrier on the journey files tariffs (US DOT carrier).     Issue N°140. 07/05/12 Industry Monitor The EUROCONTROL bulletin on air transport trends European flights decreased by 2.7% in March. The charter segment continued to recover from EUROCONTROL statistics and forecasts 1 the Egyptian and Tunisian disruptions last year Other statistics and forecasts 2 and was up 11%. Passenger airlines 2 IATA reported an increase of 8.8% in demand in Environment 6 March 2012 for passenger traffic in Europe Oil 7 whereas freight traffic was down 2.2% on March 2011. Fares 9 EUROCONTROL statistics and forecasts European flights decreased by 2.7% in March on the same month of 2011, with the underlying trend slightly higher, as the figure was affected by significant strike days in Cyprus, France, Germany, Portugal and Spain (see Figure 1). The charter segment continued to recover from the Egyptian and Tunisian disruptions last year and was up 11% in March, business aviation was up 0.7% whereas traditional scheduled, low-cost and all-cargo were down -3.4%, -2% and -8% respectively (EUROCONTROL, April). Based on preliminary data for delay from all causes, 31% of flights were delayed on departure in March, a 1 percentage point decrease and a return to the low levels observed in 2011. Analysis of delay causes contributing to the average delay per flight shows a notable increase in reactionary delay, with this cause experiencing a 48% share of total delay minutes for all- causes and an increase in its contribution to the average delay per flight of 3.8 minutes, up from 3.5 minutes in March 2011.

    PRESS RELEASE INTRO Aviation becomes the majority shareholder of Corsair Paris, March 19th, 2019 Convinced of the growth and development potential of Corsair, a French airline specialised in international long-haul flights, the private German aviation firm INTRO Aviation has acquired the airline to become the majority shareholder alongside the TUI Group. The sale of 100% of shares in Corsair held by TUI France to the Irish company Diamondale has been signed on March 15th. The share capital of Diamondale is held as follows: 53% INTRO Aviation, 27% TUI Group, and 20% reserved for Corsair employees through a Foundation (“Stichting”). At the end of an information and consultation process during which extremely positive and constructive exchanges occurred with the company’s trade unions, the Works Council delivered a positive opinion on 7 February 2019. This positive opinion remains exceptional for this type of operation. Corsair employees also expressed their full support to the plan. A sustainable growth strategy with a single-model fleet of 13 aircraft in 2023 Corsair is entering a new development phase with the arrival of a new shareholder that has an ambitious medium term growth plan for the company. The fleet will be increased to 13 aircraft until 2023, i.e. 6 additional aircraft. Each of the three B747 will be replaced by 2 Airbus. Three Airbus A330-900 NEO have already been ordered March 15th 2019 and will join the fleet by 2021. Three other Airbus will replace the B747. Lastly, three new aircraft will be added between 2021 and 2023. This shift to a modernised and unique all-Airbus fleet will improve the quality of the product with new cabins, notably simplify the airline’s operations and result in significantly reduced operating costs and synergies.
