CONDITIONS OF SALE 1 The highest approved bidder at or above the reserve price, if any shall be the buyer. 2 If any dispute arises the lot shall, at the discretion of the auctioneer, be offered again or the auctioneer may decide the dispute and his decision shall be final. 3 The auctioneer may, without giving any reason, refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons. 4 No person shall advance less at a bid than a sum to be named from time to time by the auctioneer. 5 The purchaser of each lot shall pay a deposit or the whole of the purchase money to the auctioneer on the fall of the hammer, and give his name and address. 6 No warranty is given with any lot and each lot shall be taken with all faults and errors of description, and shall be at the risk of the buyer from the fall of the hammer. 7 The auctioneer’s clerk may, as the buyer’s agent, sign the sales ledger (and all other necessary documents to evidence or complete the sale. 8 If these conditions or any of them are not complied with, the deposit will be forfeited and the lot or lots resold at this sale or at such time and place as may be decided by the auctioneer and the deficiency (if any) arising upon resale, together with the expenses thereof, shall be made good by the defaulting purchaser at this day’s sale. Needing small repairs and paint for easy restoration at pocket money reserve. 36 1969 HOLDEN HK GTS MONARO The first of the GTS Monaros and built to win Bathurst with running gear from GM in the USA. This unique early GTS featuring 307 V8 manual and 10 bolt LSD and underwent a complete and concours nut and bolt restoration from its shell some five years ago. All work done by country Holden dealer who sourced all the correct parts needed. Used sparingly over this time by mature owner. 37 1971 FORD XY FALCON 500 Hard to find XY model. All original with new exhaust, brakes, clutch. Original handbook and running strongly. 38 1968 HOLDEN HK PREMIER Super collectable 307 Premier fully restored from ground up and to show standard. With the Boss 290 motor and 5 speed manual is heading to be an appreciating collectable asset. 47 1975 HOLDEN HJ STATESMAN Show drag Summernats style Statesman with big dollars spent. 454 V8 bored to 468 cu inch, steel crank and forged pistons and Chev BB GM 871 Supercharger, 9 inch diff, etc. Long list of modifications available in classic Statesman body. 48 1960 FORD LINCOLN PREMIER Highly impressive and rare 2 door Lincoln believed to be the only one in Australia.
