• Can I download audiobooks to an Ipod? My Media Mall offers many audiobook titles for Ipod. You will have a wider selection of audiobooks available if you sync your iPod with a PC rather than a Mac. • Can I download audiobooks to a Mac? My Media Mall offers many audiobook titles for the Mac in MP3 format. Mac-compatible titles are marked as such. • Can I burn audiobooks to a cd? My Media Mall offers a number of titles that can be burned to cd. • What is required to check out audiobooks? My Media Mall requires you to install the Overdrive Media Console to check out audiobooks. • For how long can I "check out" audiobooks? My Media Mall audiobooks can be checked out for 2 weeks. • Do I have to "return" audiobooks at the end of the check out period? My Media Mall will automatically return your item and know when your check out has expired. • How many audiobooks can I have checked out at once? You can have up to 5 items checked out from My Media Mall at one time. This covers any combination of ebooks and audiobooks. • What happens at the end of the checkout period? Will the audiobook just disappear? Audiobooks will cease to work at the end of their check out period. You will still need to remove the file from your computer and player. • What type of MP3 player works best? My Media Mall offers a Device Resource Center to help you choose a device. • Can I download audiobooks directly to my smartphone or other mobile device? My Media Mall offers an Overdrive Media Console app that lets you download MP3 audiobooks directly to your Android, Blackberry, iPhone, iPod, iPad or Windows Mobile device. The app can be found here or as a free download in the marketplace for your device.

• What devices can I download ebooks to? Ebooks can be downloaded to and read on both PCs and the Mac. Kindles, Sony Readers and Nooks will work with the ebooks, as many other readers. Ebooks can be downloaded to various mobile devices such as the iPad, iPod, iPhone and Android phones by using the Overdrive Media Console app. The app can be found here or as a free download in the marketplace for your device. • Does the Kindle work with the 's downloadable ebooks? Yes. • What software is required to check out ebooks? My Media Mall requires you to install to read and formatted books on Nooks, Sony Readers and other ereaders. This is a free download. Please note that Adobe Digital Editions is different from Adobe Reader. You may also have to install the software that came with your ereader to transfer books to an ereader. If you are downloading Mobipocket ebooks you will need Mobipocket Reader. Kindle does not require extra software. • For how long can I check out ebooks? My Media Mall ebooks can be checked out for up to 2 weeks. • How many ebooks can I have checked out at once? You can have up to 5 items checked out from My Media Mall at one time. You do not have to "return" ebooks at the end of the check out period. However, unlike audiobooks you can choose to "return" EPUB and PDF ebooks early. You can do this from within Adobe Digital Editions, the Overdrive app or the Kindle manager (for Kindle books). • What is a Mobipocket ? A Mobipocket book is a type of ebook that requires a free Mobipocket Reader. You read these ebooks on your computer or you can transfer Mobipocket books to various portable devices including those running Palm OS, OS and Windows Mobile, and Blackberries.
