Tim and Erin opened CrossFit 908 in Berkeley Heights in 2009 and have grown it into one of NJ's premiere group training facilities. Students Invited to Submit Film Entries to Youth Film Festival Any budding film makers out there? Are you a New Jersey student? Do you have a story to tell? Share it! Documentaries, Narratives, Animation are all welcome. Submissions are FREE! Parents and/or teachers may submit on the behalf of students. Submissions are now open for the Big Dreams and Silver Screens Youth Film Festival which will take place in The James Ward Mansion on May 19. Westfield Annual Spring Clean Up Saturday, April 21, 10am - 12pm In honor of Earth Day, the Town of Westfield is inviting individuals, families and groups to volunteer for its Annual Spring Cleanup event. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a pair of gloves and a rake, if possible, and go to either Tamaques Park or Brightwood Park between 10am and noon, where a member of the Town Council or Green Team will coordinate clean-up activities. Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and religious organizations who need to fulfill community service requirements are welcome to participate. Minors must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian. Drop-ins are welcome, but advance registration is encouraged. Volunteers may also help clean up and plant at Mindowaskin Park from 10am until 2pm with the Friends of Mindowaskin Park (FOMP).
