(Unofficial Translation) Order of the Centre for the Administration of the Situation due to the Outbreak of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) No. 1/2564 Re : COVID-19 Zoning Areas Categorised as Maximum COVID-19 Control Zones based on Regulations Issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) ------------------------------------ Pursuant to the Declaration of an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand as from 26 March B.E. 2563 (2020) and the subsequent 8th extension of the duration of the enforcement of the Declaration of an Emergency Situation until 15 January B.E. 2564 (2021); In order to efficiently manage and prepare the prevention of a new wave of outbreak of the communicable disease Coronavirus 2019 in accordance with guidelines for the COVID-19 zoning based on Regulations issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), by virtue of Clause 4 (2) of the Order of the Prime Minister No. 4/2563 on the Appointment of Supervisors, Chief Officials and Competent Officials Responsible for Remedying the Emergency Situation, issued on 25 March B.E. 2563 (2020), and its amendments, the Prime Minister, in the capacity of the Director of the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration, with the advice of the Emergency Operation Center for Medical and Public Health Issues and the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration of the Ministry of Interior, hereby orders Chief Officials responsible for remedying the emergency situation and competent officials to carry out functions in accordance with the measures under the Regulations, for the COVID-19 zoning areas categorised as maximum control zones according to the list of Provinces attached to this Order. -

The Working Group on Arbitrary Detention was established in resolution 1991/42 of the Commission on Human Rights, which extended and clarified the Working Group’s mandate in its resolution 1997/50. The Human Rights Council assumed the mandate in its decision 1/102 and extended it for a three-year period in its resolution 15/18 of 30 September 2010. The mandate was extended for a further three years in resolution 24/7 of 26 September 2013. 2. In accordance with its methods of work (A/HRC/30/69), on 25 September 2015 the Working Group transmitted a communication to the Government of Thailand concerning Pornthip Munkong . The Government has replied to the communication on 5 October 2015. The State is a party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. 3. Answer: According to the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board Thailand witnessed a reduction in the population of children ages 0-17 years from the years 2010-2015. In 2015 there were roughly 14.48 million children between 0-17 years, a reduction compared to 15.42 million in 2010 and 14.86 million in 2013. On the other hand, Thailand found an increase in the number of students enrolled in the national education system, from 4.99 million students enrolled in 2000 up to 5.33 million students in 2013. These factors have contributed to a reduction of working children in the labor force. In this regard, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW) examined quarterly data of Thailand’s labor force status survey1. Myanmar and Thailand are adjacent countries that together occupy more than the half the area of continental Tropical Asia. This geographic area is diverse ecologically, ranging from cool-temperate to tropical climates, and includes from coast, rainforests and high mountain elevations. An updated checklist of aquatic plants, which includes 78 species in 44 genera from 24 families, are presented based on floristic works. This number includes seven species, that have never been listed in the previous floras and checklists. The species (excluding non-indigenous taxa) were categorized by five geographic groups with the exception of to reflect the rich diversity of the countries' floras. Además, se analizaron siete metales traza en el PM10: Zn, Fe, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cu y Cr. Las concentraciones mensuales intra y extramuros de PM10 fueron –3 –3 de 41.5 a 105.3 µg m y de 95.2 a 145.1 µg m , respectivamente. Las concentraciones de PM10 fueron sig- nificativamente mayores durante la temporada seca, en comparación con la temporada húmeda. Las razones interior/exterior fueron menores a uno, lo cual indica que el material particulado se origina en ambientes exteriores. En general, las concentraciones medias de metales pesados en el PM10 variaron de 0.2 a 2.7 y de 0.5 –3 a 7.1 µg m para el ambiente interior y el exterior, respectivamente. En el PM10 de interiores se encontró una fuerte correlación positiva entre Zn y Cu, Zn y Ni, y Cu y Ni. -

The objective of this study is to 1) Demographic Factors, 2) Consumer Purchasing Behavior, 3) The use of online media, and 4) The decision to enter a coffee shop of Gen Y in Bangkok. It is quantitative research, the sample group is 400 people aged between 18-37 years. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool using a specific selection method in the coffee shop in eight districts, namely Lat Phrao District, Wattana Khet District. Ratchathewi District, Pathumwan District, Din Daeng District, Bang Khen District, Chatuchak District, and Bang Rak District by random sampling method. Analysis of answers by ready-made programs. It was using descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and using the hypothesis test with multiple regression analysis.The research results showed that most of the samples were female, single, with the highest education at the bachelor's degree or equivalent, occupation company employee / private employee.
