Jenna is looking to buy a pair of jeans for her niece Kelly, who is 17. Jenna does not want to spend more than $130.00 on a pair of jeans. Placing: 4 – 1 – 2 – 3
#4 – I placed 4 first because 4 is 100% cotton, it is the least expensive of all the products at $79.50, it has a super low rise and Kelly likes a low rise, and the jeans were not a light color.
#1 – I placed 1 second because although they were a light pair of jeans which Kelly does not like, 1 was 98% cotton with 2% spandex which Jenna wanted because it would fit Kelly better. I chose the fitting of the jeans over the preference of the color because Kelly prefers fit over color. 1 also was a super low rise and was $119.00.
#2 – I place 2 third because granted 2 was a darker pair of jeans, I criticize that the jeans were made of 75.5% cotton, 23% polyester, and 1.5% elastic, which would not fit Kelly as well as the 98% cotton like 1. 2 was also $99.00 and low rise jeans.
#3 – I place 3 last because 3 was made up of 75.8% cotton, 22.7% polyester, and 1.5% lycra. 3 was also the most expensive at $129.00 and out of Jenna’s budget.
