Rådmannen har overordna ansvar for at me har ei rasjonell drift, fagleg kvalitet på tenestene og at einingane held seg innafor dei økonomiske rammene som kommunestyret har vedteke. Leiarane av våre tenester rapporterer direkte til rådmannen i samsvar med den administrative organiseringa. Leiarane har ansvar for økonomi, personalfunksjonar og fagområde innan sine respektive einingar. Den administrative organiseringa og samsvarande økonomisk rammeområde låg til grunn for kommunestyret sitt budsjettvedtak for 2016. Hausten 2016 vart det gjennomført mindre organisatoriske endringar. I samband med ny tilsetjing vart stillinga som kultursjef omgjort til kultur og utviklingssjef. Denne stillinga ivaretek no også tidlegare delstilling som rådgjevar i rådmannen sin stab. For å styrkje kommunen sin fokus på digitalisering av intern og ekstern kommunikasjoner er stillinga som IKT/økonomi rådgjevar no knytt til kunde- og servicetorget. I tillegg skal rådgjevaren òg utføre oppgåver ved kommunkassa. Dette for å gje overlappande kunnskap til utføring av ulike oppgåver ved sjukdom og ferie. 3 Modalen kommune 2016 Rådmannen meiner vi har ei god administrativ organisering slik det fungerer i dag. Leiargruppa samhandlar godt, utvekslar erfaringar og yter kvarandre hjelp på tvers av eigne ansvarsområde. Men rådmannen vil også peika på dei utfordringar som kom fram i leiargruppa sine eigenvurderingar av ulike tenesteområde i forbindelse med kommunereformprosessen. -

Our observations have led us to adopt a simplified view of the paleogeography of the Greek mainland before the Alpine orogenesis. The subsequent varied tectonic units originate mainly from the following paleogeo- graphic areas: • A carbonate Arabo-African shelf margin which displays several lateral transitions, ridges and basins. On the Greek mainland this margin is represented by the Preapulian, Ionian, Gavrovo-Tripolis, Parnassos zones, the Olympus platform and probably the Kavala and Thassos marble. • A transition zone from the shelf units to the Tethys ophiolites (Pindos Zone, Styra, Argolis and Hydra, Eretrias new unit). • Tethys ophiolites, which might represent either an “ocean” fault zone or subduction of the lithosphere along a weak area. • A Hercynian continental mass (Serbomacedonian). This group is currently completed by the presence of a large tectonic mélange connected to the ophiolite overthrust.
